Good morning

Heylink has been a great tool for me. It’s simple to use, gives clear real-time insights, and helps me track and improve my affiliate links without the hassle. It’s definitely helped me earn more while spending less time managing everything. Highly recommended!

Even after I told them to cancel my pro account they are stilll trying to charge my card. I’ve had to block them from taking payments from u card but they are still trying

En mi experiencia sí.
Tienen una manera muy extraña de procesar reclamos:
Contraté un servicio que solo se suponía iba a pagar por un mes.
Luego me cobran un plan anual.
Pido que me cancelen el plan y me regresen mi dinero.
Me cobran 75 $ y me regresan 68, y me indicaron que pasaría ahora a un plan mensual.
Inmediatamente pedí la cancelación absoluta de mi dinero y de cualquier plan. Nunca me respondieron desde el 13 de junio (Es decir, si pueden cambiar un plan, pero no pueden cancelarlo).
El botón de Cancelar Planes no se ve, porque tiene prácticamente el mismo color.
Los correos electrónicos los responden tarde. Se hacen la vista gorda.

Mensualmente me estuvieron cobrando 9 $ por un plan que pedí me cancelaran. Me cobraron durante 3 meses. Volví a escribir y me siguieron cobrando durante 2 meses más.

No les importa resolver eso.

I had a very disappointing experience with HeyLink.

I contacted their live chat support regarding a recovery for an account I created 2–3 years ago, which I no longer had access to. I clearly explained that I had forgotten the email I used back then, and the support agent confirmed that it was fine — they said I could recover the account simply by providing the username and a new email address.

Based on that confirmation, I made the payment. But after payment, they refused to provide the promised recovery service and instead told me I had to use a completely different service (username swap), which would cost me an additional $750.

I told them I couldn't afford that and asked for a refund, since they failed to deliver the service they initially agreed to. After that, I received no response at all — I sent follow-up emails, but they were completely ignored.

This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I paid in good faith, and I was misled into a service that was never fulfilled. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with HeyLink, especially regarding any kind of paid services.

Totally waste of money, I have upgraded to pro. Even there is no option to back to free, is this a joke platform, heylink continuously hit my card details even i dont want to proceed with pro and no option to remove card details, shit platform to use. Even at last I blocked the bank account

Customer service is terrible. I have been email few times already because my heylink url has been hacked and using by other parties to phising. But it's been 3 days and no one reply. It's really serious issue of vulnerability system of heylink. I requested a system log have to be check why suddelny my url can change by itseld and hijack than using to phising.

Love love love heylink! Been using it for years and can’t be happier. All my links are in one place, everything is customisable and the aesthetically beautiful which for me is important as I’m in a creative industry. Awesome customer service and it’s Australia based that’s a huge bonus, too 👏

Customer services sucks. and there's rollback glitch

I have been using this now for over 2 years and love it. It has so many features to help with your Social profile and i love having all my Links in one place. It is very user friendly and always adding more features. Would highly recommend this product.

both my account not approved heylink.me connection although it adds social bio they don't accept because I don't have a fake account profile was open it wasn't secret e-mail even if it helps they don't help like a man not to accept for they are committing fraud everything was fine I did it regularly but it didn't work

I started using HeyLink.me last year and I can say that it has made everything so much easier since it allowed me to manage all my links in one place (which by the way is customizable so it was fun personalizing my page). Through this, I no longer have to change my link in bio every now and then whenever I have something new to share nor am I limited with only sharing one social media link at a time. I also love the added features such as analytics and messages.

Honestly very bad service. Support doesn't understand BASIC instructions even if you tell them exactly what they need to do to help you.

Heylink are not good service and no consideration i sent an email them to cancel my card because my email cant open and that email is under my account
