We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced. However, after reviewing the order number you provided (N5036182), we still cannot locate any record of this order in our system.

Hey Paparazzo sells digital products only, and our order numbers use a different format. We have also searched for orders under your name but have been unable to find a matching purchase.

It appears there may be some confusion with another company. If you believe the purchase was made from Hey Paparazzo, please email us directly with a copy of your order confirmation, the email address used for the purchase, and any payment receipt so we can investigate further.

We genuinely want to help, but at this time we have not been able to verify that this order was placed with Hey Paparazzo.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused and appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

Regarding shipping, our fulfilment hub is based in China so we can consolidate shipments to Europe, North America, and Asia more efficiently. However, this does not affect the level of service or support our customers receive, and we are sorry that your experience did not reflect that.

We are sorry to hear that your parcel arrived with damaged packaging and a broken seal. While this can occasionally happen during transit, we completely understand why this raised concerns about the condition of the items on arrival.

We also sincerely apologise for the missing charging cable and Allen/hex tool. We understand this was the main source of frustration throughout your experience. Our intention was never to question your honesty, but rather to follow our standard support procedures while we investigated the issue. We also acknowledge that our communication caused unnecessary back-and-forth, and we are sorry for the frustration this added.

We can confirm that the replacement charging cable and Allen key were arranged and successfully delivered on 24 May. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this.

Regarding the Olivia stand angle adjustment, the device is designed to be adjustable, and we are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with this. We also understand your disappointment with the finish of the Product Photography Stand and regret that it did not meet your expectations.

We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the repeated requests for photos and videos. As a small business, we do ask for these where possible so we can better understand reported issues, improve our products, and assist as accurately as we can. We understand this felt repetitive in your case and apologise for that.

In relation to refunds and returns, our policy requires returned items to be received before a refund can be processed, and shipping fees are non-refundable. We had also confirmed that your Olivia unit could still be returned even if the charging cable and Allen key had not originally been included.

We would also like to clarify that the review invitation email was sent automatically as part of our post-purchase system and was not linked to your support case.

We genuinely regret that your experience did not reflect the standard we aim to provide. We appreciate your feedback, and we are always working to improve both our products and our customer support. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to resolve the missing items.

Apologies for the confusion regarding the Olivia version. We have already discontinued the first version of Olivia, and the unit sent to you is the latest available version of Olivia.

We’re also sorry to hear the documentation felt limited. We have sent walkthrough videos to your inbox for your reference, which should help demonstrate how to attach the phone and get everything set up with confidence. Please do check your inbox when convenient.

Just to clarify, your order was received on 19 March, and your cancellation request came in on 27 March. As per our policy, we’re only able to cancel orders within 3 hours of purchase, as orders are processed for fulfilment shortly after they are placed.

In your previous email, the reason for requesting cancellation was due to “the extended processing time, you have decided to purchase an alternative that includes a remote at no additional cost.”

You were refunded for the product only, as shipping fees are non-refundable. We also sent you a brand new Olivia.

You also mentioned the parcel was not opened, which we were able to confirm once it was received back with us.

We really appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’ll take your feedback on board as we continue improving.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your Olivia Compact Content Creator Tool arrived safely and that you love the sturdy base.

The overhead height of Olivia is 20 cm to 57 cm (8” to 22.5”), as mentioned on our website. We’ve sent you an email with walkthrough videos on how to use your Olivia 2.0.

If you’re still having height issues, please share a photo or short video of your setup so we can help.

We just wanted to clarify that we do mention on our website that the product includes a free USB-C charging cable only. It can be used with any standard USB power adapter, which most customers already have from a mobile phone or similar device.
