It's a scam. In case of a return, customer service will stop answering your emails as soon as they get your item back. They will never refund you. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered two tee shirts from this firm through SHEIN but fast delivery it is not!!Donât buy anything from this place ,delivery is absolutely rubbish,supposed to be fast delivery but itâs rubbish.Ordered my tee shirts 7 days ago & the app still says processing .Ive emailed Hey Rusty twice but got no replyâŠ..beginning to think its a scam company .
Wonders never cease Iâve just had an email from Hey Rusty & they are actually posting my order tomorrowâŠâŠafter 3 emails & several angry online chats with customer service at SHEIN so will see what happens & if I actually receive my tee shirts.
Ordered a shirt from Hey Rusty via Shein (not sure what the deal is there). The shirt arrived dirty so I reached out to Hey Rusty and had a reasonable conversation with someone called Nigel, who explained that this was due to the dying process, but if I didn't like I could return for a refund. I requested the refund via the Shein order and the return address was the Hey Rusty UK site. They received the shirt back on 27.08.24 and I still haven't received a refund over 4 months later. They no longer respond to emails either.
Wished I had seen these reviews first - ordered on 9th Dec heard absolutely nothing no dispatch or answering emails. Hope no body else gets sucked in by this especially with Xmas.
I ordered a Motown tea shirt with diamanté details. It arrived and I loved the design, however, I ordered 2 sizes larger than my usual size, xxl, it can barely fit over my head! Itâs more like small to medium. Sent email and had a reply to say any return is down to me to pay. Not happy.
I made a purchase from SHEIN The item was processed and delivered from hey rusty. My mistake was to return the item outside of SHEIN return. Iâve not had a refund and these guys arenât responding to any of my 3 emails. Order 77981
I've made two orders to HeyRusty.co and both have been flawless. The first one was a t shirt, which was dispatched quickly and arrived quickly and was well packaged. I then ordered another two items (a long sleeve t shirt and a normal t shirt) and again, these were dispatched and arrived without issue. I was emailed when the item was dispatched, then emailed again when it was due to be delivered (by Royal Mail).
The clothing seems to be decent quality, the site has a lot of choice which I'm thankful for as merchandise like this is quite limited in the UK so it's nice to see such a wide choice. The pricing is also very fair.
I've not had to contact HeyRusty at all so I can't comment on the ease of that. All I can say is that based on my two orders, the process was quick, easy, painless, and I'm very happy with my products and will be looking at buying more from this website.
I was sent the wrong shirt, which they said the would send the correct one and it never arrived. Tried emailing them multiple times and they have not responded.
I was unsure about sizing when buying a shirt as a gift. I was promised I would be able to exchange if it was the wrong size but all emails have been ignored and there is no phone number. Feels like a scam.
My sister in law bought me a tshirt that was too small/not really my style so I returned via courier (so I have tracking) for an exchange. That was 20 days ago & I haven't heard a thing! I have emailed several times and no response - there is no telephone number to contact either. Really awful experience and zero customer service
Ordered a t-shirt on 21st June. I contacted the seller a week after order to enquire about shipping of my t shirt. I was told the size ordered was not in stock and was offered an alternative which I accepted.
5th July I had no further contact so I emailed the seller who advised the alternative t-shirt would be shipped shortly.
25th July I emailed the seller again asking for an update and any tracking info, proof of dispatch, or confirmation of when my item would be sent. I had no reply so ended up going through PayPal for a refund.
Shocking service. I'd recommend avoiding.
Order arrived the week after it was meant to with no communication about why it was late or when it would arrive. I tried to get in touch with the company via email but no reply. Item was ordered for a birthday present but arrived after the birthday so really disappointed. The order email told me to download the Shop app to track the shipment, but there was never any information available about the tracking so no point in using the app.
