Avoid this shop – No shipping, no tracking, no response
I ordered from heyvape.de and paid via PayPal. My order stayed on “Processing” for many days. I never received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, and nothing was shipped.
What I found very misleading is that the website uses a .de (Germany) domain, but the contact number is a Chinese WhatsApp number. I tried to contact them several times by message and even called internationally, but they never replied and never even opened my messages.
In the end, I had to open a PayPal dispute for “Item not received”. PayPal reviewed the case and decided in my favor because the seller could not prove shipment. I was fully refunded.
Based on my experience: no shipping, no tracking, no support, and misleading contact details. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
