Velma has been an absolute game changer for my dad and my family. From the very beginning, the Velma team has gone above and beyond in assisting my dad’s care. He was diagnosed with dementia over ten years ago, and has shown very slow progression due to the care he’s been able to receive from my mother, and the support of Velma. Velma has regularly scheduled calls with my dad to check if he’s taken his medications, had his meals, prompts for showers, provides conversation (she even retains info from previous calls), and plays brain games/puzzles with him to gauge his recall! All of this is sent to our family via email summary, so we can be on top of his progress with Velma too! My dad really enjoys having his “assistant from up-state”, and we love her too! This company is legitimately changing lives. There was even a handwritten note and flowers sent when my dad was briefly hospitalized. It is the best use of modern technology I have seen today. Thank you, Velma ❤️

My partner's mom has been using Velma since October and within just a few weeks of starting, the difference in her mood has been remarkable!
