I lost 80€ to these fraudsters, i had ordered from them previously and everything was fine orders came, but now my order was arrested, they are a unorganised company that dose not follow the law and will get you in trouble(ALMOST GOT ARRESTED BECAUSE OF THEM!!!) I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WANT TO WARN EVERYBODY TO NOT BE THERE CUSTOMER

BEWARE! I almost lost EUR 300 to this company, if not for my credit card company.
This company could not provide the product that I had ordered. They acknowledged this then they tried stalling my refund. After almost a month of emails back and forth with their "finance department" there still was no refund. I was forced to initiate a chargeback through the credit card company, and got my money back that way.

Bestellung bezahlt, nichts angekommen. Keine Rückmeldung nach Anfrage, was mit meiner Bestellung ist. Die Bitte, nach Rücküberweisung wurde auch konsequent ignoriert. Den einen Stern gibt es für die „geniale“ Geschäftsidee zu kassieren und nicht zu liefern.
Einfach nur Betrüger

Lässt echt nach! Man bekommt auf Beschwerden keine Antworten, Lieferungen laufen falsch, wir haben doppelt bezahlt und auf Emails kommt nichts zurück! Das Zeug wird auch irgendwie immer schlechter, immer wieder Kopfschmerzen. Vom Geschmack und Geruch will ich garnicht anfangen, einfach ekelhaft nicht rauchbar. Und dann merkt man das die Leute einfach von HHCpoint zu Sixty8 werden und trotzdem keine Reaktion! Ich kann es leider nicht mehr empfehlen!

Don’t order. Pure scam.

Ordered on 23.05.2024. I payed immediately.
After a week nothing nothing came, also no communication. I contacted them. They said something was out of stock. Funny how I have to send an E mail, if something is out of stock. Shouldn’t they contact me? Anyway.
It felt weird so I wanted to cancel. After some back and forth they agreed to the refund. Nothing ever came. I contacted them several times over the last 2 months but you’ll receive only lies and excuses. Now the want my IBAN even though I paid by creditcard. It’s 08.08.2024 now. I still don’t have my money. Don’t order here.
I’m gathering more information about this “shop” . everybody with the same experience can contact me.

I've made multiple orders previously, and never had any issues, other than them moving a warehouse, which brought some problems, but that was swiftly resolved via customer support, with a coupon for the price of the original order so I can remake my order according to the product availability, which was a breeze.

On 17.05.2024 I made an order (number - 2024610372), for the first 4 days it wasn't moving along in any way, so gave them a call. Guy on the other side seemed friendly and said he is going to process the order soon, and in minutes the tracking number was up and it seemed that it was moving along smoothly despite the original problems of being delayed which they warned me about in a email that it might take 48-72 hours to process the order since its a different warehouse.
Some days pass and I contact them about the tracking number not working, and they reassured that it will update.
Two weeks passed and the tracking number still was not working. After contacting them they informed that there was an error on their side but the ORDER WILL ARRIVE.
We went back and forth for a month and a deadline was set if its not received then I get a refund/coupon for the value of the order so I can reorder.
When the deadline was reached on 01.07, talking to the support we were on a good track to resolve the problem (even with the ban which removed 90% of the products on the site, I was ready to compromise and reorder the products that were available) came along yet another excuse, how and why its not possible to get a refund.

Last thing I was offered is a 50% off coupon, and we left it there, since they cant be sure on if the package was received by me, even though the whole experience has been a shitshow on their side from the start.

Order at your own risk, since there have been reviews popping from people not getting their products and money is gone.

Ordered twice when store was accepting credit cards, both orders were processed and delivered in timely manner. Now third time is a charm they say... Paid via bank transfer, a week has passed, received absolutely zero updates. Customer service non-existent, sent a couple of emails got zero response. Cannot recommend this store anymore

Cheap prices and fast delivery and very friendly customer service and they don’t scam you. I had a very good experience!

Ich wahr schon lange ein Fan dieses Shops aber irgendwie reagiert der Support nicht bei mir ich möchte doch nur fragen ob die meine Zahlung bekommen habbe was sehr schade ist denn sonst ging der Support super schnell mit antworten

I don't understand why the reviews are that bad but I haven't had any bad experiences yet always fast shipping and good quality so it makes no sense to me?!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I purchased vape products containing HHC and TH4CBD from them, but I suspect they use the same liquid for all their products.

Out of the six vapes I bought, only one was okay, with ok liquid. The others contained liquid that did not have HHC or any cannabinoid wax/oil. I contacted them, and they offered a 55 EUR code, which I accepted.

I placed another order, using the code and spending an additional 70 EUR on various items. However, when the goods arrived, all of them tasted like poison. None of the six vapes were usable; they all need to be disposed of.

When I requested a refund, they ignored my request. Therefore, the least I can do is inform others here. Please avoid purchasing from these scammers. There's no telling what might be in their products.

Dont buy from here. Ok they have good prices and an iformation office but you never get your order. They are big liers. They lie for everything. The shipping times, the courier, everything..you cant trust them..the worst thing is that they use gls as a shipping courier.Gls is slowest that the local post. More than 10 days to deliver the order. So you have to wait almost a month to receive your order. this guys are really bad professionals and keep telling lies...after communications with them and insist many times that they have to mention that they use gls and not ups, they answer that this is how they work and the rest of the customers have no problem with this... Dont buy from here...

HHC World kenne ich nun über ein Jahr und war immer zufrieden. Wenn es ein "Problem" gab, wurde mir eine gute Lösung angeboten. Ich kann den Shop auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Ich persönlich mag die schönen Blüten am liebsten :)

SCAM!

Eine Woche nach der Bestellung erhalte ich eine email, mit der Bitte die Rechnung zu begleichen, was jedoch längst geschehen war, nämlich unmittelbar nach der Bestellung. Daraufhin wird mir dann mitgeteilt, dass die bestellten Produkte nicht geliefert werden können. (???? Grausame Organisation, aber es wird noch schlimmer)

Anschließend habe ich um eine Stornierung und Refund gebeten, was mir endlich, mehrere Tage später, auch zugesichert wurde.
Jetzt, 14 Tage später, warte ich immer noch auf mein Geld.

Update 8.4.: warte immer noch, obwohl vor ca einer Woche eine Mail kam, in der mir versichert wurde, das Geld würde bald überwiesen werden.

Niemals hier bestellen!!!

Recieved an email a week after ordering that they dont have my order and to contact them for a refund, well i have been trying for another week and nothing, they finally got back to me so i asked for a refund and guess what?
I ordered from Canatura came inside 2 days good stuff. And best part no problems.

Fast delivery and thcp vapes work really great,i will order again.

Delivery took 4 days to Germany. Quality products for a great price, probably the best shop in EU.

Weak, low quality products and false advertising. Asked for lab results 2 weeks ago and still no answer.

Good price, slow shipping, your package may be confiscated, but they don't care and will not refund you, also the products are not really potent, because they are synthetic, and not really strong...
I will never order again!
