I utilised HHF Training to obtain the IQA qualification for my work role in the UAE. Through RPL I was able to have my previous vocational experience and qualifications recognise for partial awarding of the course. Syed made this procesa extremely easy and straight forward. He was always contactable and gave insightful guidance for the completion of the IQA Qualification

The journey was long but full of knowledge and practices and it raised my confidence and understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques.

I recently completed my iCQ Level 2 Certificate in the Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver (RQF) with HHF Training, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Used this as a course provider, although the price was on the lower side in hind site I would now use a more compliant organisation. Had a few issues with the marking and course content. Unsure if they are actually based within the UK, Slow to respond was made to feel as though was not adequate in the course, would defiantly research more before taking a lower price. Long wait for certificate even though AO had said it was sent out and when replacement turned up it actually says replacement so am not impressed

Syed was brilliant, always available to talk to whether that be on Facebook or via email, I passed my IAG which I am delighted about and I have since started my IQA Unit 3 course, of which I am looking forward to also passing. I would definitely not hesitate to do another course with Syed as he is amazing and will do whatever he can to ensure that you pass with ease.
