Looking for small sofa recliner and found what I wanted at HHI. Ordered on Monday 11 November and the sofa arrived on the 14th. Plenty communication with HHI re delivery date and what time to expect it. Really happy with the Sofa and HHI.

If I could give zero stars I would.

The sofas arrived with smashed legs, the wrong replacement ones were sent out, Despite many emails and promises to replace the legs, nothing has been received.

The sofa is unusable in it's current state.

Very poor after sales service. asking for a chargeback from the card company.

Great delivery service and very cooperative and helpful highly recommended this company

Brought sofa from these people was delivered no problem..

As for the sofa looked nothing like the photos and the sofa cushions are sowed all wrong and the cushion covers are all loose filling in side of sofa all missed shaped

Tried contacting company via phone number no answer tried emailing and no response for days

Don’t bother wasting your money with this company I’m still trying to get my money back

Will be reporting to trade and standards

The sofa was so much more than I expected!! Comfortable solid lovely color and material all for a great price. Delivery bang on time and drivers were polite and very quick at assembling, will buy from Hhi Sofa again that's for sure.

What a crap sofa! Please don’t buy from this website because they show a certain sofa and it’s not the same quality at all! It’s basically a replica of what you see online and they don’t even look like the sofa. Money waste!

If I could give no stars then that would be too many. Please go elsewhere for your sofas. This company will take your money then lie to you about courier company being incompetent then lie to you about sending your furniture then ignore you. Beware!!! This company should be shut down now before ripping off anyone else.
