I believe this outfit is a cruel scam. Ordered from official web site and paid for lanyard in February. Four weeks later, still no sign of it, emailed customer support who claimed it had been sent but said they would send another.
Four weeks later, still nothing. I decided to write this off as a loss and ordered another from Amazon. This one arrived within two weeks.
Horrific customer service
I paid for for one of these. It claimed was delivered but know royal mail photo proof. Checked everywhere with neighbours, safe place etc no lanyard.
I informed hidden disabilities about this and they replied saying delivered. Since then they have ignored about 15 emails asking for another to be sent, as I have paid for it. And I think considering they are a company that is supposed to be caring, not sending a replacement and ignoring my emails is outrageous!

Scam site. Do not use. Items never received and only contact is email. Which acknowledges I have sent them a query and two seconds later a further email comes through saying my query is resolved…. No contact no response- NO ITS NOT RESOLVED.

Order not dispatched after 2 weeks
Ordered sunflower lanyard/ bracelet and suitcase belt for holiday- 2 weeks later the order hadn’t been received. I contacted them to complain and they implied it had been lost in the post (unlikely as they never emailed to notify dispatch). So off I went on holiday without the items I ordered in plenty of time with expensive postage charge. 4 days after complaining still not had any contact advising of despatch. What an appalling way to treat people already struggling with hidden disabilities.
False advertising
I places my order and the website it says 5-7 days for delivery. The items still have not been dispatched and one item was for holiday. Which will be useless as it won’t arrive before I travel. Customer service sent some lame excuse about being busy, and delivery is now 10 days for delivery. Yet the items still have not been dispatched 6 days 6 days later. I requested a refund and they fobbed me off. So, I’ll be contacting my bank and never ordering with them again.
Pakketjes komen niet aan. NUL service. Waardeloos bedrijf. NIET DOEN!!
Op 28 mei een koord en gepersonaliseerde kaart besteld voor autistische zoon die alleen op vakantie naar de VS ging. Was vooral bedoeld op de vliegvelden en tijdens overstaps.
Op 6 juni nog niets ontvangen. Pakketje ergens nog in de UK. Telefonisch is men niet bereikbaar. Herhaaldelijk gemaild en uitgelegd op welke datum hij de spullen nodig had, maar men verwijst steeds schriftelijk naar de track&tracecode. Pakket zou met DHL verzonden worden. Oeverloos contact gehad met DHL. PostNL en met Sunflowers.
Meerdere keren verzocht om een nieuw exemplaar te sturen, liefst per express, omdat mijn zoon op zekere datum op vakantie ging.
Post NL bevestigde dat het pakketje al vanaf 10 juni bij de douane lag. Nu 22 dagen is het er nog steeds niet en moest mijn zoon zonder op reis.
Ik heb vele mails gestuurd, ook naar die Rebecca. Er is 2x beloofd een nieuw exemplaar te sturen of ze verwijzen naar de T&T-code. Ze doen daar helemaal NIETS als een bestelling niet aankomt, behalve een voorstel tot teruggave van het geld.
Bespaar jezelf tijd, geld en veel ergernis en bestel hier nièts.
Hidden Disabilities is een organisatie met een goede marketing zodat iedereen bestelt, maar met geen of waardeloze klantenservice.
TIP: op de meeste vliegvelden en zeker op Schiphol kun je het sunflowercord GRATIS krijgen.
Ze sturen het voor je op of je kunt er ééntje ter plekke halen bij in ieder geval de servicedesk achter incheckbalie 27/28 in hal 3, maar waarschijnlijk ook op andere plekken.
De sunflower koorden en ook de kaarten zijn op meerdere websites te bestellen en veel goedkoper.
Hidden Disabilities heeft alleen maar de naam door een gelikte reclamecampagne bij gemeentes en organisaties voor mensen met beperkingen, maar ze leveren niet en verlenen NUL service. Het interesseert ze helemaal niets. Op die manier maken ze misbruik van mensen met beperkingen. Bespaar jezelf de moeite,tijd, geld en ergernis en koop het ergens anders.

I ordered a personalised card and lanyard for myself as I am autistic. In a couple of weeks I will be going to the airport. I was worried when it will arrive but just a small email and I had lots of help from Rebecca to explain if it didn’t turn up soon she would send another out. When it arrived, the quality is brilliant, however I forgot to add the personalised photo of my self. Rebecca kindly has refunded this so I can place another order making sure this time I add my photo. She has been extremely helpful and the customer service is brilliant! I highly recommend!

Worst online store experience of my life. AVOID
If I could rate a zero, I would. Order placed, not received. Chased through their automated garbage system. Sent a 2nd time. Still not received, (a month has gone by now). Emailed to complain and asked if I could check the address in case I made an error. Just got a cursory email saying sorry, we will send again. Well I'll let you guess whether it turned up. Emailed again to make a formal complaint and again asked if I could check the address. Told to wait a few more days for the delivery. So I did. Then emailed AGAIN requesting to make a formal complaint, check my address and explaining that this was terrible service for anyone, (let alone myself who is neurodivergent and would check the post every day waiting for my lanyard.) Ended it with saying that I wanted a full refund. Refund issued, no apology, no explanation, no-one ever checked my address in case I'd made a mistake despite me asking them 3 times and genuinely the worst service I've ever had from an online company. For one that specialises in items for those with additional needs I am more horrified that this is what customers could experience. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not waste your time or money.

Not impressed at all. Customer service? What customer service! I made an order nearly a month ago, where is it? Good question! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Quick enough to take your money. Now they sit behind automated messages, have no phone number. What an absolute shower of cow dung!
