I received a damaged couples blacelet. It came without the jump ring and now i can't use the bracelet

I ordered an item 21 days ago . Has not arrived. Do not reply to my questioning emails. This is a con. Don’t buy from them .

LAST UPDATE * As of April 6th, 2026 i would like to update my review and say that someone from customer service contacted me, to make things right. I received the necklace for my mother last week and she loves it! I greatly appreciate HIDDEN FOREVER for understanding my frustration and rectifying the situation. I am pleased,Thankyou!
**UPDATE after the review someone reached out to me via email & said they would expedite my situation to customer service ITS BEEN 4 DAYS! i even sent a follow up email, TERRIBLE , TRASH *** I ordered a necklace for my mom for Christmas, it was delivered to the wrong house!! pictures were sent, and verified upon request of my refund it was processed and then reversed 2 months later HIDDEN FOREVER stated I received it when we already verified it was sent to the incorrect home!! I sent pictures, why scam people like that and not follow through with the refund. Nothing good comes from doing wrong to people!

I ordered a Custom Photo Projection Interlocked Pendant Necklace in sterling silver on January 5th and had a great experience from start to finish. The ordering process was simple and easy, and I received multiple email updates about my order and shipping along the way. My necklace arrived on January 17th, which was quicker than I expected.
It came nicely packaged, and the necklace itself is absolutely beautiful. The photo inside is crystal clear when you look through it in the light, even though the picture I used was an older one. I was honestly so impressed with the quality.
I bought this for my grandmother after she recently lost my grandfather, and his photo is inside the necklace. It was the perfect gift for her. Now she can always keep a picture of him close to her heart.
I’m so happy with my order and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a meaningful gift.

Scam. Order delivery but quality was atrocious. Not sterling silver by any stretch. Image could be viewed. Avoid avoid avoid.

Cannot fault this company for their customer service. Maria is very helpful and replies to any emails almost immediately. A very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible communication and took over a month to receive. Necklace feels cheap and they put the picture in upside down. You really have to work to see the picture as well

Fiancé loved it.
However two months on the gleaming gold figure and chain is now a dull brass/blackish.
I feel a bit cheated, wasn't expecting 18ct gold but wanted the look of the piece to last a decent amount of time.
I'm so embarrassed my fiancé even took it off without telling me so as not to offend me 😐

Unbelievable customer service. Refund and replacement. My advice just increase the price and quality, saves lots of hassle.

I am happy with my purchase. I got my teenage daughter this necklace with a special picture of us and she loves it. The chain broke after a couple days but the company quickly responded and replaced the product. My daughter loves her gift.

Ordered February 6th. Order status updated to checking order on February 8th and has not updated in the last 4 days. It is now the 12th and it was supposed to be delivered today. Just hoping to get an update on shipping and actually get my order. Wish I would have read the reviews but as they say hindsight is 20/20

The necklace arrived in a timely fashion - the packaging was good. The image inside was a little scratched up, but the gift was still well received by my friend.
However, it's only been three weeks and the chain has already broken - I'm a bit disappointed by the quality given the price!

Edit: I have to mention that their customer service is fantastic. It is very nice to see that they care about customer satisfaction - Maria reached out to me and kindly found a solution for the broken necklace. I did not expect such a proactive response, and I would consider ordering from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A NECKLACE... PAID $60 FOR IT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT WAS DELIVERED BUT THEY WON'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON IT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED ORDER SOMETHING FROM THEM

I have emailed you a hundred times trying to get you to either find my order mail my order tell me who mailed my order to help to tell me what carrier delivered my order and nothing was ever done. This is my review on your company. You are terrible to work with you took my money didn't send me a product and you owe me $60. How's that

AFTER many times trying to get something done this company finally refunded my money. It still didn't make it right. My friend sister passed away and I was doing this as a deed for her and you ruined that for me. I did however go on eBay and order from two different people. Maybe I will get this done anyway. Thanks for the refund but also thanks for nothing. I would still never order anything else from you
