Very professional and everything was explained clearly before during and after. Made to feel it wasn't the end of the world after I discovered that I needed hearing aids.

Very polite and helpful audiologist—well informed-took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions—didn’t force a decision— explained the payment/finance options and all discounts I qualified for—then left the final decision to me. Very positive experience.

From the moment I walked in the door to my appointment the care I received was exemplary. I walked in thinking that I was going for a standard hearing test and walked out an hour and a half half later with a new life. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Artane Hidden Hearing

Had a great experience on our first visit to Hidden Hearing. Very professional. Was informed along the way what exactly to do etc. Discovered I have a slight hearing problem but too early for hearing aids.
