Brilliant, James was so helpful. I brought a lifetime subscription and had the budget router now I have premium router the latest one, it arrived in the UK very quickly by FedEx. Great customer support. I would recommend Hidden Router to anyone. Great specs and great speed on the premium router. The Best vpn I've had.

1st Vpn Router arrived and had nothing but problems cant login using firefox,chrome,internetexplorer,or edge.
So a 2nd router arrived today and yet again the same problems.
Dont waste your time or money iam sure there is better products onine.
So take my advice and dont get burned as i have been twice now.
You really suck big time sortout your useless product.
The ball is truly in your court now !

This is my second review to hidden router VPN I wrote the last one after just getting the router I give it a five star and a great review now I've had the router for a few months now and got to no it a bit I still haven't changed my mind it's the best money I've ever spent I've got express VPN I can put it on aswell as using the router but am just waiting for express VPN to run out and just keep using this router I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for someone like this I've paid for the router with a life time VPN so that is it no more paying anymore for a VPN I would just like to thank hidden router for this router just plug it it no messing about so a big thanks 👍

This is a brilliant service. I bought the router and the vpn service and have never been let down by it. Any queries I have is answered within 24 hours. Several times now, and again today, January 26 2022, I got excellent service from James at Hiddenrouter so some issues were solved and software was adapted.
