Frazer provided outstanding service when he fixed the tweeters of my B&W PM1 speakers, which had been damaged by a flawed connection from my Naim amp to the pre-amp. He also took the initiative to send the cable for repair to the manufacturer. Throughout the process, Frazer kept me informed, and the repair costs were reasonable.

Took my QSC PA Speaker to be repaired. Met Fraser really nice guy he knew his stuff and is very good at explaining things in Laymans terms without being to technical. I asked him a lot of questions and he put me at ease with issues I may of had in the past. The job was done very quickly and returned to me within a week. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for repairs for speakers, PA’s, Mixer desks etc… will definitely be using them again.

Frazer a really nice guy. Knows what he’s doing when it comes to high end audio equipment. Dropped off my turntable and within a day or so picked it up again. Fully serviced and lubricated. Kindly ordered me some part direct from the manufacturer too. Will 100% be going back for anything audio related. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you

Frazer at Hifi Healer very kindly took my Parasound JC5 power amp in after one channel had started to intermittantly drop out...
2 week turn around and I collected it.
Two weeks on now with heavy use each day and it's flawless.

These guys know their stuff when it comes to diagnosing / fixing Hi-Fi equipment. My Sony TA-FB940R Amp needed looked at and they did a great job. Great communication and lower cost than I was expecting. Will definitely go back to them if I need anything else.

Frazer did an excellent job repairing the tweeters in my B&W PM1 speakers after they were accidentally blown due to a faulty connection in the cable between my Naim amp and pre-amp. He even arranged to have the cable sent away to the manufacture for repair. Fraser kept me updated along the way and the cost of the repair was fair.

My Chord pre-amp finally died after 20 years of sterling service, after seeing Hi Fi Healers webpage I knew that this was the right place to go to, emailed for advice regarding the pre-amp Frazer the engineer is completely genuine, trustworthy, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. All sorted, excellent service, great price!

The volume knob of my Mcintosh C49 failed. Mcintosh UK referred me to Hifi healer for the repairing work. Frazer took care of all the communications, payment and i believe he was also the one who repaired the amp as he's so knowledgeable on the questions i have. Overall I had a wonderful experience with them and price is reasonable.

Very happy with the service from Frazer and the team at Hifi Healer. They fixed some old active speakers and sourced some difficult-to-find parts. The bill was lower than I expected too. Highly recommended!
