I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails to verify my account and no one has responded back to me. I put money on there and now I can’t redeem anything even though I’ve sent in all verification. Now I’m not even able to send a chat or anything. They just keep sending me the same automated email. What a joke!!! Customer Service is a JOKE!
