Nothing but Quality!
Not only are High-Dives design absolutely awesome, but the quality of material and the fit, even with baggy over-sized items is incredible! As someone with sensitive skin I really appreciate the material they use and have never reacted when wearing their clothes!

Poor quality
I got a sweater from them 2 years ago and everything went fine. But this time, I ordered 2 T-shirts. Poor quality, really bad material. Also, really long delivery time, 3 weeks with no tracking.

I had this from our courier rep yesterday afternoon
Hi Both,
Please see the updated items – the date range on this is from 26/08 – 17/09 where we see most of the parcels affected by delays.
The main issues are stemming from LAX airport, which is unfortunately the largest gateway to America, we have now diverted all traffic away from LAX and sent traffic via ORD.
The current challenges we are facing with deliveries to the USA are as follows:
LAX Airport Congestion
• All traffic has now been diverted to ORD (Chicago O'Hare) to avoid LAX customs/LAZ gateway.
• This rerouting may cause delays in UPS final-mile delivery but will not get snarled up in the LAX backlog.
Customs Clearance Delays
• Increased parcel volumes requiring clearance due to policy changes under the new Trump directive.
• Slower processing times are impacting overall delivery speed.
Heightened Customs Scrutiny
• More frequent physical inspections.
• Longer hold times and potential reclassification or duty reassessments.
Unfortunately, these issues are outside our control as they are governed by external customs regulations and international trade policies.
We will continue to monitor developments closely and keep you informed of any changes. More items are trickling through daily, Ill check this again last thing tonight.

Disappointing
I was quite disappointed by the quality of the product. £50+ for a hoodie, it’s very thin and the stitching is actually very poor for the price. It took over 3 days for it to be shipped from them, and then 2 more to arrive after shipment, which is normal for the post office.
If you like the designs, then go for it. It’s clear that is most of the cost. If you’re thinking the higher price will give you a more premium product, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

Genuinely sorry to hear you didn’t like the product. I have sent a info request so i can see exactly what item you ordered etc.
Our £50 hoods are probably the most commonly used hoodie in the world to be honest. A lot of people love them as you can wear and use for anything and long lasting and comfortable. We offer a more premium hoodie too which i believe is the nicest hoodie around and i live in mine😂
