As outlined in our Bonus Terms, specifically Clause 3.10, a withdrawal request cannot be made while an active bonus is in place. The bonus must first be wagered if it remains active. Additionally, please note that real money is used before bonus funds, and if the bonus funds are lost, the bonus itself is forfeited.

According to Clause 3.13, players can withdraw winnings from their deposit if they choose to cancel an active bonus. However, in such cases, the bonus funds will be forfeited, and the withdrawal option will become available.

Furthermore, as stated in Clause 3.16, players have the right to decline any casino bonuses. This can be done by opting out of a bonus during the deposit process or by enabling the option in their account settings to refuse bonuses.
