Working with HLE has been an absolute dream. They are professional, efficient, responsive and communicate with you every step of the way. They ensure that they keep you in the loop with everything. They have their clients best interest at heart and do everything they can to ensure that you secure a suitable investment for you. We took on 2 investments through them and have absolute no complaints. Any questions or concerns you might have, they are on hand to answer and ensure that you are well informed before you make a decision. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and I will definitely keep working with them in the future.

I recently took on my second Rent-to-Serviced-Accommodation property with High Living Estates after securing my first one with them earlier this year. Although there were some unexpected difficulties along the way (none of which were HLE’s fault), the team were incredibly patient and did everything in their power to help get the deal completed.

Tej and Charlotte were especially great throughout the whole process. Their professionalism, patience, and clear communication made everything much smoother and were genuinely appreciated.

My first property with them has been performing brilliantly, consistently beating their conservative estimates. This gave me full confidence to move forward with a second deal, and I’m glad I did.

Hi, just want to say a massive thankyou to all of the HLE Team to start with. From the moment i stepped into the office, everyone was welcoming which made me feel more comfortable in getting a deal done and talking on what i was looking for in a property.

I had Messaged HLE over instagram at first about property investing and then they assigned me to Tej who was looking after me throughout the whole process.

We found a property the same day & we viewed it the same day thanks to HLEs quick contacts that allowed us to do this. Within 3/4 weeks the property was mine. Would also like to mention how they kept me updated with upcoming emails or current ones to speed things up.

A special mention goes out to Chloe who specialises in the Staging & Furnishing. I gave her my criteria and a vision, she perfected and executed it really well, you can tell she thought this through thoroughly. Will definitely be using her again! They got this sorted within just a couple of days which helped alot to get our property up and running as we had already started paying rent so again another thankyou.

Another mention goes out to Monique, a friend of mine who also helped me along the way giving information on setting up accounts and how to network etc. She also helped with how the process goes as well and what to expect when coming to bookings. This has helped me alot starting up.

All in all, HLE has been a pleasure to work with and can’t fault them at all. The whole team has been with me to start to finish and still helping me out with any extra useful information. Well done to the Founders for creating such a hard working, caring and committed team! WE WILL BE BACK!

I have been to High Living Estates well over 1 Year ago, and it was for 2 Sessions on Deal Sourcing, it was hosted by Mr. Maxwell and Ms. Heidi. That was my FIRST introduction to Deal Sourcing, a very lucrative Business Strategy. And, God Willing, I will make something VERY special out of my Deal Sourcing AND Serviced Accomodation Business (AIRBNB), one day. It is just a matter of time, and EVERYBODY will hear about my UNRIVALLED success IN The Property Industry! 💯

Ms. Chloe Morris is my first point of contact! She is the one I message if I do (NOT) understand something or I need guidance etc. Ms. Chloe Morris is a nice Girl, very kind, polite and helpful, and knowledgeable in her chosen field of work. I have 1 Airbnb to my name in Digbeth, Birmingham. My Bookings were slow, so I messaged Ms. Chloe Morris (I KNEW SHE WAS ABLE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE, HENCE, I CONTACTED HER), and she kindly recommended Ms. Emily McAtamney (SHE IS A NICE AND KIND WOMAN), from Prim Stays, Airbnb Management Company based in Nottingham. My Bookings are now coming in at a better pace, and it is the best decision I have made so far for my Airbnb Unit. My November 2025 Month is OVER 95% fully Booked up. I even have REPEAT guests! Hopefully, I will have more, longer, consecutive bookings in EACH Month as time goes by etc.

I just want to say, Thank you to EVERYBODY in the High Living Estates team for giving me guidance and direction when I needed it most in Deal Sourcing, and I am most grateful to Ms. Chloe Morris. She is a VERY Nice Girl, and has a Good Heart (HELPFUL). She will go far in life. Take care 👍🏻😊

Great experience with High living. I went for a hands off Airbnb investment. The team cared about what I wanted and my scheduled and everyone always picked up the phone. I went with one management company that didn’t get me amazing results so they helped me switch over and were so proactive with it.

Really appreciate the teams efforts and proactive work with the investment. Good results each month now.

Charlotte and Heidi are incredibly efficient and respectful, while Shy and Chloe bring a refreshing energy and attention to detail. They’ve managed my property with such professionalism that I now trust them completely. A strong, reliable team with real integrity — exactly what this industry needs.

They delete their negative reviews on google which tells me everything I need to know wouldn’t trust them at all they make false promises instead of deleting negative feedback you should learn from them don’t trust these guys

Got a Rent to Rent from high living beginning of the year and wanted to wait to leave my review until the property was running for a few months

Went with a 4 bedroom house in Bristol and the most I've had is a £5,000 booking for one month!!!! Around 1.2k profit after expenses

Really happy with the results, the team were really responsive always picked up the phone and would make time for my questions.
