It’s been a very disappointing


Response to High Peak: Instead of spending time replying here, I wish you’d use that energy to improve your delivery and communication with clients. It would benefit your business and everyone involved much more.

It’s been a very disappointing experience with them. Starting with the fact that they provided a tracking link that showed no update for almost a month. At the same time, they sent an email saying that my parcel had been delivered, which was simply not true.

When I contacted them about the issues, instead of clarity or support, I received aggressive emails.

Then they finally sent the products, but only partially. So I had to chase them again. In total, I waited a month and a half.

What struck me the most was the aggression and the complete lack of common sense. It honestly made me think that maybe this is run by a bunch of children with behavioral issues, because I cannot imagine a group of adult people behaving and communicating in such an appalling way.

What makes this even more disappointing for me is that I genuinely needed those products. I really, really needed them for winter and I was counting on their delivery. By the time the products finally arrived, I didn’t even need them anymore.

This is a big lesson for me to never trust Chat GPT for recommendations without doing my own research.

Your order is for the full-size body massager, which is considered an oversized/bulky item due to its size and internal components. Because of that, it ships via a specialty bulk carrier, which does take a bit longer than smaller parcels. This is also noted at checkout for this product category.

That said, I agree—it looks like it’s been a bit longer than usual since the last tracking update. I’ve already reached out to the carrier directly for a status update and will follow up as soon as I hear back.

Customers are always fully protected under HighPeak Refunds+ if items arrive damaged or not at all. Once the carrier confirmed the shipment was lost, we approved a full refund. However, chargebacks had already been filed on the transaction while we were in mid resolution and active communication. Under card-network rules, merchants are legally unable to issue refunds while a dispute remains open (the option literally disappears). This restriction is enforced by the payment processor and card issuer — not by the merchant.

We clearly communicated that the chargeback needed to be formally closed through the issuing bank before a refund could be processed. Instead of allowing the standard process to complete, our support team had to go back and forth explaining the situation.

For context, a separate order for the same item was placed by your husband. Despite facing the same carrier delay, his case was resolved with a full refund as soon as carrier confirmed because the standard process was followed. This confirms that our systems work as intended when disputes do not block the refund path.

Regarding collections: this action was not taken immediately or without notice. Multiple written notices were sent after the bank-assessed chargeback fees were incurred. Escalation occurred only after deadlines passed without payment or resolution and after we did our best to advice against the chargeback closing as it incurred fees that could've easily been avoided for everyone involved.

The balance referenced reflects documented card-network chargeback fees imposed on our platform and distributor due to the dispute process. These fees are not arbitrary and are fully recorded.

We maintain complete written records of all communications and remain confident that this matter could have been resolved quickly had the standard refund process been followed as we advised.

Pet hair removal gloves

I ordered 3 pet hair removal gloves. They were more expensive than the others I looked at, but I was impressed by supposedly how well they work. What I received is something totally different, cheap, and it just doesn't work. I also didn't get the $20 gift card. Their reviews were so good and most likely fake. I should have dug deeper. From now on it's only Amazon.

God I wish i would have saw these reviews prior to ordering. Shame on me. What an absolute joke of a company. I would only recommend them if you like companies that do not offer a way to speak to someone, will not respond to email, uses a chatbot as their only source of communication, and last but not least, rips you off! They charge you for a product they will never deliver and will never respond to you when you inquire about it. Your better off taking your money, wiping your butt with it and then flushing it down the toilet. Much less of a hassle.

I wish I could have given them zero stars but you have to give one. I was out the country and my package was delivered. Instead of placing it in a locker they left it at the front door. I told them I lived in an apartment complex and that it must've been taken and I asked for a replacement or refund but they denied both so now I'm out of $80 and it seems as if they didn't care.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Products were direct from China, cheap and low quality plus missing parts but they made me pay to ship it back ($60+ on a purchase worth $120!) and then still didn’t refund me after receiving the return!!! Once they stopped replying to my emails for a couple weeks I filed a chargeback with Visa and they immediately started hounding me to cancel the case, offering to refund me even more than I asked for but only if I closed it. When Visa said not to as I can’t re-open it they switched to threatening to sue me for the single item I kept, worth a whopping $39. Wish I came here to read reviews before wasting money, time and energy. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have no idea where these positive reviews have come from. All items are shipped from outside the USA. The projector did not work as advertised and there is no customer support phone number available. A return is accepted but for a heavy "restocking fee". My second item ordered 25 days ago has still not arrived and I am told I will have to pay a return fee on that. . I requested this order to be cancelled and was told that it was not possible. SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA AND BUY LOCAL! This experience has been a waste of time and money.

 I reached out to their support team with my order number to request the tracking number and still haven’t received a response. I think this site is a scam. Don’t waste your time and money!

I tried to get a refund because they didnt give a delivery date when I ordered. They replied that you can only receive a refund within 5 minutes of your order otherwise you can wait for your order and return it then. You will not receive a refund until after they receive the product back and examine it and after that it could take up to 30 days to receive your refund. What a joke! They should ban this website completely.

In this case, the cancellation request was submitted the following morning after the order had already entered processing. Our team responded and immediately attempted to intercept the shipment with the carrier. The shipment was successfully stopped at your request, meaning the order was effectively canceled.

Once the shipment was returned to us, the order became eligible for a full refund.

However, a chargeback was opened with the payment provider during the process. When a chargeback is filed, payment processors (Stripe) temporarily freeze the refund on the merchant’s side until the dispute is closed.

I purchased a streaming stick from them


I purchased a streaming stick from them and the item failed to do what they implied it would do, it was of poor quality and construction, when I tried to return it they gave me all kinds of lame excuses as the reason they wouldn’t take it back. They even accused me of being disrespectful, I have all the emails. I suggest do not buy anything from them.

I still stand by my review, I purchased the streaming stick based on their advertising in Facebook and it definitely implied their product would bypass the standard streaming apps.

The FlixStick is a streaming media device designed to organize and access apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Pluto, and other streaming platforms in one interface — similar to other mainstream streaming hubs on the market. Paid services still require an active subscription and personal login.

At no point do we advertise or imply that paid streaming services are provided free of charge. It cannot bypass paywalls or DRM protections as that would be illegal.

Regarding returns, this item fell under our non-returnable category due to digital licensing, security, and account data protection considerations once activated. This policy is outlined in our returns section and is standard for connected media devices across the industry. This policy exists to protect customer privacy and digital security, ensuring that once a device has been activated and may contain cached login data, it cannot be resold or redistributed.

We responded to your inquiries and provided clarification regarding both functionality and policy.

Our advertising and product pages clearly explain that the FlixStick is a streaming hub used to access legitimate apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and similar services.

Some third-party advertisements circulating online for unrelated streaming devices make misleading claims about “free streaming.” Those advertisements are not affiliated with HighPeak or the product distributed through our platform. If you have any evidence of the Facebook ad please forward it to support@highpeakco.com so our team can investigate further and, if applicable, open a report with Facebook regarding the ad.

We would also like to clarify that devices claiming to “bypass standard streaming apps” or provide paid streaming services without a subscription would violate the terms of service of major streaming platforms and applicable copyright protections.

Received product and it wouldn't charge. Trying to work with customer support is near impossible. Rubbish company. Avoid

1. You asked me to contact you within 2 days if I didn't receive a response from you because you failed to reply, when I contacted you after the 3rd day you stated 'our staff need time off".

2. You haven't requested my address to forward a new unit, the last email you sent to me you asked whether I had requested my cash back from the bank I stated no.

3. Why would you need my address again when you it's a replacement unit when you've already sent one originally.

Terrible company, terrible experience terrible overall rating to date 1.4 83 reviews submitted

The companies product has terrible reviews. I thought I would give it chance. First part I noticed is the packaging came open. I agreed to send the item back but their customer service was rude and horrible. I’ll write a google review as well to add to their already bad ratings. To whomever reads this don’t but the product, receding kind customer service is a great addition to wanting to enjoy their product. To add, I had to return the item which I get. However this port pathetic company couldn’t even pay for the shipping back. I lost half of the value just from the shipping for returns. They also posed threats against me. I submitted other reviews for this company on other referrals and reviews. Whatever is written back as a reply don’t believe it
This company tries to back them selfs up with their responses. There are better places that would work with customers and not just threaten to hire attorneys. Good luck with this stupid product by doing so.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I parted with my money. Do not buy

Not worth the money at all. If you return the device they expect you to pay for the postage to china with no guarantee that you will get everything back. You should provide the postage not the consumer!!

Since I can’t respond, I’m okay with giving another 1 star because that’s how bad you guys are.

A product looking like what’s advertised does mean that’s the product we got. Please, this is so simple to understand.

1. High quality? More like SHITTY quality

2. You advertised that it can expand, it doesn’t

3. The speaker is below even vol 5 on my phone

4. The quality of the projector itself is like a toy.

5. Me getting a free light and a screen that isn’t even big enough does not mean you didn’t play with my money. I literally laid it down for you, and you’re still not getting the point. I am saying you are plating with my money because your product is not good, yet you advertised to be. You string clients along when they want to return. Literally read the reviews. I had to comment on TikTok to get a reply (and that comment was deleted too). You lie on your website. You sending me free things does not mean you played with my money less.

6. You say you only keep legitimate comments. How are you rated 1.4 and talked about on Reddit about your products but all the bots on social media are legitimate? You don’t think I clicked on those pages? Investigated?

B. Fake promises about satisfaction guaranteed. Scam

C. String you along for weeks when you ask for a return. Scam

D. “No fees for return” on website but says they won’t send labels for return on email. Scam

E. They say that shipping costs vary, ok. When I ordered I paid ~€60 and €9.95 for shipping. Now it’s €80 and free shipping for the same address. Now what is that? A scam

F. Positive reviews are fake (BOTS) and real comments deleted. Scam

G. The SAME bullshit projector is on Ali for half the price. Scam

The evidence supports me, calling you scammers is accurate. Plus, HP is on scamadvisor.com rated at 56. Rated product at 1.4. It’s not for no reason. It’s because you’ve preyed upon sooooo many people that were excited to try your product, but realized they were part of scheme.

Even your whole response hahahaha, are we on The Truman Show. Imma keep going tho, even if I only save 1 person from your scam.

And you guys need to stop being dense. You understand everything that has been said perfectly because you guys know what you’re doing, that’s why you scramble and ramble when trying to defend your sham in the replies.
