i made a purchase more then a month ago…

i made a purchase more then a month ago and it was insured .they claim that if the package does not arrive in a month then they will send another package for free as insurance.ı e mailed them numerous time as i did not get any answer .

Scam and lies on top of lies

Scam. Avoid at all costs , customer service leaves it to desire better. Complete disregard of consumer rights law. I have little to no concern to your made up terms when the law clearly states that you have to deliver the goods or offer alternative in case its not fullfiled within 30 days. The alternative they offered "sure fire away go report us".

Can you please provide any relevant information to support you claims ? I dont recall distributing any spam or being rude to your staff . Perhaps you could remind me ?
Your statement is nothing but pure distiled lie . This is golden ))))
I admire your atempt to save your reputation unfortunately the only thing that will help you is maintaining consistent, reliable service. Rebranding from orange chems to highstore doesnt change the fact. Soon enough this account too willbe removed from trust pilot - here is the truth you asked for.

I made an order the package not arrive was insurance but they did not send other package and they did not answers on emails... avoid them
