I ordered 5 feminized seeds, only one of them sprouted, remains to see if it turns out to be a feminine plant. I wrote to the company 3 times. They sent an automated response. No answer. No compensation. No good. Don’t order from them.

Der Kundenservice besteht darauf, die verschimmelten Samen und die tote Pflanze auf Kosten des Kunden zurückzusenden um eine Erstattung durchzuführen. Dringende Warnung! Kein vertrauenswürdigen Laden...

Canceled order was not refunded.
I ordered some feminized seeds. Shortly after placing the order I changed my mind and asked if it would be possible to cancel that order as I wanted to buy a different strain. They quickly answered and said it was canceled and I would get my money refunded. So I bought a different strain which arrived reasonably fast and was of decent quality.
But despite it saying "refunded" for the first offer on their website I didn't actually get a refund. Even after countless emails I sent them they only said I would be refunded but they never delivered. I don't know what is going wrong here but this is unacceptable.
Right now, I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.

Royal Mail lost my parcel in high n supply have resent my order will some complementary gifts i so recommend this website I have order off more the 10/20 site this is by far the best quality of bud and service can’t recommend them enuff tbh also the birthday cake is the best Cbd flower I have ever seen keep up the good work lads

No order confirmation email other than receipt of transaction, ordered 8 days ago and haven’t received package. No customer service help as well, seems like a scam.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. There is a contact button on our website which would have enabled you to contact us for further help before leaving a negative review.
An e mail was sent to you as soon as the order was placed followed by tracking information on the 30th May.
Second class parcels can take 2-3 working days and there were no postal deliveries from Thursday 2nd June until today due to the jubilee bank holiday. If you check the tracking number then this confirms that it was received by the Royal Mail but has not yet been delivered. Please note also that it will only be delivered if someone is available to sign for it.
