We’re truly sorry for the worry and inconvenience this has caused you — we completely understand your concern.

Upon checking, your order was successfully delivered on July 15, 2025. Once your order was placed successfully, a confirmation email was automatically generated and sent to you. A second email with your tracking number was also auto-generated and sent as soon as your items were shipped.

Kindly please check your spam or junk folder in case the emails were filtered there.
