I was at my wit’s end,couldn’t access my funds but all thanks to Ravinloops I got my $90k back

I requested a redemption from Hilalinvest on July 19, 2024, and have been extremely disappointed with their service. They initially promised the redemption would reflect in my account within 2-5 business days, as clearly stated in the there FAQs. I patiently waited, but after the ETA passed, I contacted them for an update. Instead of explaining the delay, they provided a new ETA.

I waited again, but still no amount was reflected in my account. When I reached out once more, they started ignoring my messages on WhatsApp support. Only when I threatened to post a negative review did they respond with apologies and weak excuses, claiming the issue was forwarded to their Asset Management Company. They then promised the amount would reflect by the end of the week.

Despite their assurances, nothing changed. Today, when I contacted them again, my messages were ignored. Once more, it took the threat of a negative review to elicit a response. This level of service is unacceptable.

I would not recommend Hilalinvest to anyone. If you need your investment back urgently for medical or personal reasons, be prepared for significant delays and poor communication. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise against investing with Hilalinvest.

I've had a terrible experience with them. They've stopped responding, and I have no information on the status of my withdrawal request. It feels like dealing with Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. I understand that things can take time, but their support shouldn't make false commitments and then abruptly stop communicating. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shady company.

My experience with the Hilal Invest application has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They have consistently failed to fulfill their commitments, particularly when it comes to withdrawing funds.

Despite multiple attempts to withdraw my funds, Hilal Invest has refused to process my request, providing nothing but lame excuses. Their support team has repeatedly assured me that the funds would be reflected within 24 hours, by the end of the day, or by tomorrow. Yet, here I am, still waiting with no resolution in sight.

The support provided by Hilal Invest is the worst I have ever encountered. Their inability to provide an exact ETA for the delay or issue has made me lose all trust in their service. They seem clueless and unprofessional, which is highly unacceptable for a financial application.

I would strongly advise against using Hilal Invest until they can demonstrate a significant improvement in their services and support.
