First time using and won’t be again. They had a restock of items I was after, their website allowed me to order multiple of these, so I did. They then cancelled them and said it was only 1 per person, even though this was not enforced anywhere. I emailed them about just keeping one item then and their customer service was snotty and unhelpful. I definitely would not recommended and will not be using again.

I have placed several orders with Hills cards and they have always been shipped promptly and packed well.
Their sealed pokemon products are a reasonable price and there bundles are a good deal. I have never bought singles so I cant comment on that
I will be placing many more orders in future.

A card was delivered in rubbish condition, unplayable in locals etc. I sent them 3 emails giving them chance to resolve, they have not bothered responding. Will do a chargeback.

Made an order with them, but their website was having issues due to the number of users at the time, as it was a major product drop. After reaching the payment stage, the website stayed as "loading" for a long time, leading me to assume it had timed out (also did not receive any confirmation from my card provider of any payment taken yet at this point). I then proceeded to try the other checkout method (PayPal), which worked fine. Later in the day, I finally received confirmation that both orders were received. However, on the item listing, it stated only one order per person was allowed for that product. I reached out to the customer service to remediate this issue and explained what had happened, the issue i had experienced, and as a response I received a super generic "your order has been cancelled due to multiple purchases" reply. Very disappointed that my purchase has not been honoured due to an issue on their side, which i explained in lots of detail, to be met with a robotic, accusatory response. Also not received my funds back from them.

Great experience with Hillcards for the new pokemon release. item was swiftly and safely shipped. i received my order on release day.

would recommend to anyone looking for TCG packs especially pokemon with the bundles they do

Dealt with Hills Cards a few times now, and they’re so reliable I’m starting to think they’ve got a psychic Pokémon handling deliveries. Items always arrive on time, well-packaged, and in great shape. Top-tier service, 10/10 would trade with again!

Absolutely amazing experience with Hills Cards. Their customer service team were very quick to get back to me after I emailed asking if my order would be delivered by Friday - I asked because another company I ordered from didn't dispatch for 5 days and had to cancel the order as they wouldn't be dispatching until end of the week, I needed my items for Friday. So I emailed hills cards after placing an order that morning (Tuesday), they responded a few hours later to say it would be dispatched that day and would be with me by the next day or Thursday as I paid for 24 hour delivery. My items were with me the next day, perfectly packaged, well supported and in very good condition. I'm over the moon with the customer service and how fast everything was. Thank you so much and I'll definitely be back!

Ordered Surging Sparks Booster Box Case. Arrived on release day and double boxed. Very well protected. Pre ordered a couple of weeks before release and No issues at all. Very happy with my purchase and excellent price. You’ve got yourself a returning customer.

Preface I have spent £1000s with this company across numerous orders. In previous instances nothing went wrong and I was satisfied, that is why I am leaving 2 stars and not 1 star. However, in my last order I received product that was different to the product photo shown on the website. I tried to return the items and was expected to pay for postage for the return. This is against the law as consumer protection stipulates free returns within 30 days for unused items that arrive not as described, or as advertised in photographs. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 poster collection boxes on Tuesday, arrived by wednesday afternoon in perfect condition, will be ordering more.

Absolute rip off merchants! Charge 4x the price a card is actually worth will never use this store again after seeing the markups they seem to find acceptable! Ordered the same things from total cards for literally 1/4 of the price listed on hillscards.

Have ordered cases upon cases of Pokémon booster boxes from Hills Cards and have always been impressed. Only dealt with customer services on one occasion to cancel an order and had no issues at all. I would recommend to anyone. Prices are very good, especially if you buy cases, items are always packaged well (double boxed cases) and delivery has been speedy. No complaints at all from me!

Always fast delivery with tracking, packaged very safely. Ordered twice totalling about £350, not amazing pulls but that's Yu-Gi-Oh. Hills prices are great too! Big fan

Customer some years and would say Hills Cards best online Pokémon seller so pleasing. So many various products aviable including amazing offers such as 12packs while other places always out of stock and overall such nice value many products. Products always arrive well and care packaged. Single cards amazing and graded would gem mint and fair value or better. Site easy to navigate around easier than other sellers. Overall positive 5 / 5 stars

The worst customer service experience I ever had!
Was hard to reach them, they didn't do what they promised and didn't get back to me with an update.
Instead of helping me to find my lost order with £200 value they just enforced that it was delivered while there was no real evidence from Royal Mail.
Not only did I lose so much money but they also made me feel like a fool.
I will avoid them for ever and would suggest everyone not to spend much money in this shop if don't want to lose it.
