During a course of protracted and complicated issues in relation to my late brothers estate, Ceri Burns provided regular and timely updates regarding the progress and sound advice on the more complex issues that inevitably surfaced. Ceri was methodical and very pleasant in her demeanour and professional at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services and would most certainly use Ceri again without hesitation.

Cannot praise this firm enough. Lucy and her assistant Claire consistently kept us informed throughout our claim process. Explaining the various documents and were always just a phone call away to help.

Felt very fortunate to be partnered with Peter Southeran, who strategy and reasoning from the start of a tricky process was excellent.

Mike Richards was "our man" during our difficult experience in retrieving our house back from a resident tenant. He offered excellent advice throughout and delivered a sure and steady hand to us during the mysteries of the legal world of court contact and processes.
Can't praise him enough and would recommend HM3 to anybody who needs a professional, experienced and knowledgeable safe pair of hands.

We where kept updated regularly, throughout the whole 22 months it took to resolve.

Contacted them to resolve an issue however when the relevant person contacted me back, his attitude was appalling and he wanted to make unfound accusations rather than just deal with the matter, I have asked for their complaints department and also will be speaking to the sra, I don’t usually write reviews but thought this was needed as if I wanted a solicitor I would want one that goes with the facts and what can be proven rather than guess work

The HM3 representative was very clear and consice in explaining some quite complicated information. We were very satisfied with how our case was handled

After reading these reviews I am concerned they are not legit.
Since mak8ng a claim with cms legal it has caused me further hardship.
They retreated a small sum of money back for me for unaffordable lending. The contacted me to say my claim was successful, following this I fail to understand still how they have come to this conclusion. They have taken the cheque I still owe the company i borrowed from the same amount and now cos legal are asking for further costs to pay for their service after taking the full amount from the cheque that was sent to them. I am now financially worse off as I owe more money which I'd ironic when they are claiming against companies for unaffordable lending. Please be aware this company is a scam. They block numbers after calling you and make it extremely difficult to contact them, which again raises further red flags.

I would highly recommend, I’ve had great service throughout my process, I’ve been updated regularly and any requests have been updated promptly and in a friendly manner.

We were in a difficult situation and you priroritised her needs as a vulnerable young adult. Your advice saved us money, but more than that, it’s saved our worrying. Claire Mathieson dealt with the purchase of our property, which turned out to be quite complicated. Claire was brilliant throughout, highly responsive and always available. We couldn't recommend highly.

My husband and I needed to sort out our wills. Daniela Keogh was amazing from start to finish, incredibly patient with our constant delays which were our fault, and always polite, clear, and providing excellent communication. Everything was explained in detail and was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. We are very happy as it has been stressful writing our wills and considering guardians for our children, but Daniela handled it all so well with understanding and compassion. We really could not have been in better hands, it made the whole process so much easier.
Will definitely use HM3 Legal for other services in the future.
