Zero notice of auto-renewal on the software. Charged me for a year of software without sending an email to remind about the renewal. Did not answer a single customer support message. Simply appalling customer service.
Bulk order, broken tools and still poor service!
Working as a primary contractor and entered discussions with our account rep for a couple thousand fixings, cartridges and tools, each tool was expensive - over £1,000, but to be expected from a 'premium' brand. Both tools broke within 2 weeks, had to argue for free repair as apparently a faulty piston from manufacture on BOTH guns wasn't covered by warranty. Tools are still not back form repair causing significant delays on site. Not to mention severe issues with getting correct cartridges to site, and a absolute struggle to exchange items ordered incorrectly by my account manager. Avoid at all cost if you have deadlines to meet or are expecting a long lasting tool given the price point!

Had a small socket set
Had a small socket set , bought through a former employer . Only used occasionally but when I needed to use it for a more strenuous job it failed miserably. I was using the ratchet and a 16 mm socket with an extension bar and the end of both bar snapped clean . The ratchet also broke. This is dangerous and could have caused a serious accident. Hilti rep did nothing and didnât want to know.

There should be an option for zero stars, arranged a collection for a certain date, tried to collect before arranged date, eventually collected on agreed date, then continued to try and collect 5 consecutive days afterwards. Whenever I called Hilti to try to resolve, I was constantly lied to, failed promises and call backs that never happened, appalling service.
Bought a brand new rod cutter
Bought a brand new rod cutter. Broke down with in a few weeks. Sent back for repairs and still waiting. Been over a week when there turn around time is 3 days. What a joke hilti are now.
Poor customer service
Purchased items then cancelled following day but they still withdrew funds from bank. Phoned over 4 times to get a refund and monies returned to bank over a week gone and still no sign on monies been returned.

We got a quote for some bits, excepted the quote, paid extra for next day before 10.30am delivery and they didn't bother sending it, or telling us we had been quoted the wrong price before not sending it! So we've had two people on site unable to work. This is not the first time! This is so unprofessional. Every time you try to use Hilti Great Britain there is a new rep as the previous one has left, I think that says it all!

Useless after sale service. I need accessories for WSC 85 circular saw (a rail adapter and a dust extractor adapter) - NOT AVAILABLE!!! What a joke of the company!!! Overly expensive tools with no service support!! Just stay away from them.

WORST TOOL COMPANY EVER...........
I bought a drill and 2 batteries from Hilti on a £8.99 next day delivery,they turned up marked and scratched.
The box the drill came in looked like someone had kicked across the floor it was that bad.
I called Hilti ,they explained its out of stock and they had sent me demo model by mistake.
They would get back to me with a replacement sent out next day.
Nothing arrived, so I called them and they said "we will get you area account manager Andrea Salazar to call you.
After a week had gone by he called asked me what the problem was, so I explained.
He offered me 15% discount, I said "I have had this drill I bought for a specific job for over 2 weeks and couldn't use it and paid extra postage and you offer me 15% discount".
He said "thats all I can do" "if you don't like it here is my bosses email Mr Kieth Chan give him a call"
I bought the drill on the 26th of October 2020 and I still have it waiting to go back now on the 11th of November.
PLEASE FIND ANOTHER TOOL COMPANY TO USE,
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.
