I had such a lovely experience working with Sarah and Lorrainne. From the very beginning they were warm, responsive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Everything felt easy and reassuring, and they took care of anything that came up along the way. I felt in very good hands throughout the whole process!!

Good people, good results. Sarah and the team at Hilton Real Estate were responsive, knew their stuff, and kept things moving. I was relocating from the UK back to Spain, and they helped me navigate the legal side and sort out the mortgage — which could’ve been a nightmare without the right guidance. Sarah was particularly helpful throughout, always on top of things. No drama, no delays. Hard to ask for more than that.

We can not recommend Lorraine and her team highly enough.
The care, professionalism and transparency throughout was commendable. The team are available and approachable, however big or small the enquiry.
They really helped alleviate the stress and pressures at every step of the process; breaking down the jargon and clearly guiding us through our decision making. Their genuine interest and passion for the local area is palpable.

Be aware that this agency previously operated under the name Space real estate and now appears to be rebranding, likely in an attempt to repair its reputation...

Buying a property in Spain? We couldn’t recommend Lorraine and Ryan at Hilton highly enough.
Our concerns about the process, negotiation, legals, taxes and dealing with utilities were soon alleviated as they were there to support us every step of the way.

Great property knowledge, honest and trustworthy we already recommended them to friends.

On a more personal note, since buying our property in La Cala de Mijas, Lorraine & Ryan have helped our family to settle in with great recommendations about the local area in their usual friendly & approachable way!

We were recommended Ryan to assist with our search for a new home in Spain.
Ryan did more than assist. He did so much for us. From sending details of properties that could be of interest to us, arranging viewings even when the properties were with different agent to driving us around to all the viewings.
We felt totally at ease and not under any pressure as Ryan has a gentle manner but with a wealth of knowledge of the area where we were looking which was in the La Cala area.
He found us our dream property which we have now completed on. Ryan went through the whole process with us and has been in touch throughout the purchase and beyond.
We can’t recommend this company enough.
