Extremely helpful and sufficient in making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, they helped me get in a property at very short notice, very well kept and beautiful home. Noticed an issue with the window and they acted upon this swiftly and had a contractor around on next available working day.

I am very pleased with the service provided by the Hindhead team. Agent Maria Billington, in particular, has made my experience as a first-time house hunter in the UK an easy and knowledgeable experience. She is a very kind and patient agent that quickly provided me with alternative properties that best suited my needs.

Not once throughout the experience did I feel uncomfortable or thought she could not provide me with the right information. She was also very punctual, which, considering my experience with other agencies it was very refreshing and professional. I would definitely recommend using this agency and contacting Maria for any letting or buying needs!

Hindhead was a recommendation from the building manager of the block where we had our flat to sell.
They did have some staff changes and we were not informed, so contacting and asking for someone to be told “they do not work here anymore” was disconcerting as they were the one we set everything up with. However Louis who took over our sale was very thorough,helpful and attentive. Put up for sale in a difficult market so surprised it sold relatively quickly
Sale went through very easily.

Everyone we dealt with in the process of moving into our new home were so helpful. They took the time to explain things and made the entire process a lot less stressful than moving normal is.

We went with Ty Bolt from Hindhead because he was bold enough to put a flier through our door asking if were interested in a valuation. We found him to be knowledgeable, honest, easy to talk with, unpatronising, and never tried to push anything on us.

When we did decide to sell our home, we found Ty and Hindhead to be brilliant. Within a day we had photos taken and our home live on line.

Both Ty and Jessica Smedley worked hard, and within two weeks we had sold our home.

Unfortuntely the keen buyer pulled out 2 days before completion, but Hindhead were quick to have the house live again, and within two weeks we had sold again.

They kept us up to date on the whole process, answered any questions quickly, and recommended an excellent solicitor who took all the stress out of the process.

We have no intention to sell our new home any time soon, but when the time does come, we will have no hesitation in returning to Hindhead.
