Very unprofessional and dishonest company to deal with. They rely on subcontractors, take their advice promising the work and then suddenly disappear.
I warn all subcontractors to take their payment before Omawale (director) act fishy.

My response: I am within my rights to leave a review. You can make as many excuses as you want and as much as you want, the British public is wise enough to judge from your response. Taking wrong names in your responses would not make any difference.

I am sure you can see my second review is for AA Breakdown Cover and rightly so due to their poor service. Please by all means contact AA and ask them for my name and they will confirm it. You are so stupid

Outstanding work! From prompt at the quote appointment, to emails back and fro as I kept changing my mind on what to do in my garden, to the final result, a decking, awkward in both size and situation, to hide tree stumps and a rotting concrete path. Plus an additional area laid from weeds to lawn. Hinds Building Services made me feel both heard and nothing was a bother.

The final quote agreed, they were able to slot me in within a few weeks and everything was so smooth. The lads who did the work were baking in the sun, but just got on with it. They were respectful and very tidy, leaving me with a garden that I’m so proud of!

I would definitely use them again for other work, in fact I’m already saving up for my front garden to be paved over!

I would 100% recommend them. Also the quote was really good, broken down so I knew exactly what I was paying for.

Unprofessional with all the excuses that clearly seems unreasonable and unbelievable on the day of works.

You are so stupid and made an unbelievable excuse. I'm glad you were not used. To all new customers, do NOT sign anything with them and pay NOTHING upfront.

An excellent job done. The 2 guys doing the work were courteous, respectful, thoughtful and left everything clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to have in the house. We highly recommend this company.

Hinds were well prepared for the job and delivered it on time and to budget. The only people we had trouble with were the subcontracted plumbers, but Hinds worked hard to get them back on track.

Excellent, conscientious site foreman, Wally. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
The plumber may be good at his job, but he is not, in my experience, conscientious or willing to do his best for his customer. I would not welcome him into my home again.

All the members of their staff from the outset were so informative and helpful.
They were most respectful of the property when they did the work. The ten year transferrable guarantee and insurance is a great help. I will certainly recommend the company to my friends.

We asked a number of companies to give us advice and quotes on our project. Wally, Lana and the team provided first rate support throughout the design process and we gave them the contract. The building work was completed to a very high standard and we were very pleased with the results.

After many calls to various builders all too busy to book me in to replace an outside brick, I rang Hinds who were instantly helpful (found them on the FMB website). Whilst I had to wait, Wally was able to finally come out and replace it this week. The reception staff are very friendly and communication good. Wally was polite and a tidy worker. I would recommend.

After seeing their work elsewhere, I contacted Hinds Building Services and enquired if they would do small jobs, which they were happy to do. I am very pleased with the quality of the work carried out and also with the prompt, friendly and professional attitude of everyone in the company, office and technicians alike. I would use them again in the future.

We just moved into our new home - HBS (Hinds Building Services) have been instrumental in helping us - we had a very old fireplace and they remove and installed a new wood stove burner -they also bricked around the fireplace and put in a new mantle - this is total transformation of the fireplace and our sitting room - we also had in place some old storage heaters - HBS removed the old heaters and installed new economy electric heaters throughout the cottage - All through this process the staff in the office and outside have been excellent and very professional and efficient - We would strongly recommend HBS for being very reasonable in their cost and extreamly professional in the work carried out .

Hinds Building Services converted a garage into a home gym space, complete with rubber gym floor, mirrored wall and patio doors. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. The workmen were all polite, friendly and tidy. I can highly recommend this company and would use them again.

From day one this company were excellent. Very professional and well mannered everytime we spoke. Very knowledgeable in answering any query I had.

I could not recommend Hinds Building Services enough. From the planning and quotation, the commencing to the completion of the project. The Green Energy team completed the solid wall insulation to a very high standard and I am delighted with the results. The customer service received was second to none as was the attention to detail from all the Hinds Building Services team! I am looking forward to a warm home and less heating bills. I cannot recommend Hinds Building Services highly enough. They were outstanding from the initial contact to completion. They responded to all of my questions in a timely and professional manner, kept me updated on a regular basis on all work to be carried out and the work was completed to an extremely high standard. I have to give a special mention to Lana our Client Relationship Manager who handled everything with professionalism and a friendly manner and also Wally who led the team of contractors doing the construction work on our home. If you want a first class job done by a first class company, Hinds Building Services are the first company you should contact.

We recently had a garage conversion. The team was lead by Wally. The work was completed professionally and is of high standard. We are grateful for the hard work of all the members to finish the project.

HBS has been nothing but exceptional, from start to finish. From tender phase and quote through to delivery and close, it has been a great project experience.

Unfortunately, we were living in the house during the works, but HBS has been sensitive to this and always made efforts to clean the property during the work as well as send out outsourced professional carpet cleaners to our house to allow us to feel human again.

Overall a great job. Well done to all the team, Lana, Wolly, Chris, Daniel and the legendary plasterer from Yorkshire and his support. Apologies for a no-name check.
