Ordered 2x kylin mesh bubble glasses arrived in the time stated one glass didnt fit well . Quick call the hiphop juice was sorted on the spot new glass sent out arrived again in quick time with some free juice spot on will order from them again cheeers hiphop juice

Overall good service. However what I order is never in stock. But they always ring you. To let you know. And to offer a freebie. To make up for it.

I have deleted the previous review due to a misunderstanding.
Thankyou for the extra size glass, I did not realise this was done as recompense for the failure of delivery, of the original 5ml. My apologies and thanks.
I will add postage and packing was more expensive than the materials used to post and pack—but the 7ml glass makes up for this.

I used the chat section for some buying advise. The gentleman from hiphopjuice asked to speak to me direct and called me. He was very helpful. Advised me on what gear I needed and also sent me pictures of how to build the coils. The items were shipped out on the 20th and I recieved on monday 24th. Great customer service, I will be using Hiphopjuice again.

Ordered the extension bubble glass for the geekvape Zeus, having waited 6 days for delivery I was anxious to fit to the tank. However I am massively disappointed that the product I ordered does not fit,there is a 1mm gap between the glass and the top seal, which enables the liquid to leak. I will be contacting Hip hop juice on monday morning and asking for a full refund. I will have to use the original 2ml tank that came with the tank. What an inconvenience.!!!!

Ordered a RTA on the 11th of may, order still says “processing” I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook the first 2 weeks as it hasn’t been dispatched asking for a refund as I bought another RTA from somewhere else. Got a reply basically saying delays due to covid. I’ve messaged again a few times and no response. They’ve been active on Facebook though. It’s been over a month and they just expect me to wait, I’ve seen people who ordered a week ago get there order so I guess it’s not coming. Got to ring the bank now to get a refund cheers hiphop juice for a bad experience. Bet they will reply to this making up excuses than reply to me emails etc.
