Great website and great prices. Cant fault the products. They source items from other countries such as China to avoid the stupid TPD regulations. This is the main reason I order from this site and will continue to in future. However! Due to the shipping being from China and other places, the shipping can be a pain. For example, my last order took over a fortnight to arrive due to shipping delays in China because of bad weather and strikes. This is the only reason I can't give 5/5 stars. I wish I could, because everything except delivery is perfect. If you happen to read this HipHop Juice, thank you for being one of only a few vendors which manage to slide by the regulations.

Also I must add, customer service is excellent. One of the best I have ever used. Fast, detailed replies.

The only place to get the OBS Engine 2 Gold, worth the wait :) Delivery could be quicker but communication was good. Beautiful RTA.

Don't often give 5 stars , but customer service excellent

Just to make it clear right from the start. I do not work or have any connection to Hip-Hop-Juice, neither do I get rewarded either by goods or good old cash.
I know I've posted a couple of times regarding how good the guys are, and the Customer Services are first class. Only the other month
I contacted them about getting me a tank only to find out it had been discontinued by Smok, to cut a long story short, within a week and a half after paying them, the Tank was delivered to my front door.
I also used then again in the last couple of weeks and purchasing Smoant Naboo Kit, again the service was first class and the price was one of the best competitive I've seen.
So Thank you, lads, appreciate your service.

Would highly recommend this shop. I had a couple of issues with a tank I bought and the owner has been in regular contact with me over the phone to fix the problems. I have been very nicely compensated and very well looked after. I cannot praise these guys enough. I originally ordered a pharaoh mini but I was contacted saying that they were discontinued so I put in a substitute and was hooked up with a bunch of coils, some cotton and a couple of juices to make up for my dissapointedment. Luckily the tank i got instead turned out to be better than the pharaoh anyway so win win for me. Customer service here is 10/10. Many thanks!
