I highly recommend Alberto and Luis Boris. I have a complicated situation as I work for the United Nations and have work contracts that are renewed yearly. I live in a country where there is a conflict, I move every few years, and so I struggled with credit checks. Alberto was so kind, understanding and patient with my multiple documents and messy paperwork. He constantly reassured me that everything would be okay and that he would find a great mortgage for me. Luis Boris was so thoughtful and professional in helping and advising me on how to manage with the bank, the notary and the Spanish legal system and translating documents for me into English. Mein Mann und ich haben eine Immobilie in Andalusien gefunden. Für die Finanzierung benötigten wir eine kleine Hypothek. Bei der Überlegungen wie wir das in Spanien bewerkstelligen können, ist mein Mann im Internet auf diese Agentur gestoßen. Da wir uns die Verhandlungen mit den Banken selbst weder sprachlich zugetraut haben, noch einen Einblick über die Unterschiede der verschiedenen Banken hatten, haben wir uns dafür entschieden, eine Hypothekenvermittlungsagentur zu beauftragen. Tatsächlich war dies die beste Entscheidung die wir treffen konnten!
Alberto und Luis haben nicht nur die Vermittlung der Hypothek für uns vermittelt, sondern uns bei dem gesamten Prozess des Immobilienerwerbes in Spanien so gut beraten, dass wir zu jederzeit besser beraten waren, als die Verkäufer selbst, die einen Makler, einen Buchhalter, eine Anwältin und selbst 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Spanien mitgebracht haben. Das heißt, die Agentur hat sich nicht einfach nur um die Vermittlung der Hypothek gekümmert, sondern auch darum, dass wir und die Bank auf der sicheren Seite sind! Wir haben natürlich auch eine gute und solide Hypothek abschließen können. Wir sind wirklich so dankbar für die großartige Arbeit, die sich Alberto und Luis für uns gemacht haben. Ich weiß gar nicht, ob ich das hier so schreiben kann, weil man den Arbeitseinsatz der beiden eigentlich nicht erwarten kann, aber Alberto und Luis waren wirklich zu fast jeder Tageszeit, am Wochenende, an Feiertagen und sogar im Urlaub für uns erreichbar! Wenn wir an der ein oder anderen Stelle von einer Servicewüste in Deutschland sprechen, war diese Erfahrung das genaue Gegenteil! Die Kommunikation über Mail hat immer gut funktioniert!
Wir können die Agentur ohne irgendeinen Vorbehalt, wirklich jedem der eine Hypothek in Spanien benötigt, empfehlen!
