The absolute worst online gaming company I have ever used. Total unable to withdraw funds. Appalling

So writing another to bump it up the queue, to warn people. I’d unknowingly joined a site that belonged to a group of self excluded from. They let me join and deposit. Talk about irresponsible!! I got thrown off the site, could t get back in no matter what I did. Still waiting for my money back! They’ve had the audacity to ban me. Then emailed me to say I can’t play!!’ I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole.

Oh and I put comments on fb and they keep removing them. Now I’m blocked. So IMMATURE!!!
I’ve reported them.

Scammers, robbers and liars!!They should not poses UK gambling commission license.
People stay away from them and read reviews before you open account with this Micky Mouse company!

Don’t deal with this unprofessional casino. I opened a new account and deposited money. After a few slot rounds, I got thrown out with an error message. I tried to log on again and it said my details were wrong. So I reset my password, in case. Made no difference. I must have done that about 10 times now. I went into the online chat, held on for nearly 2 hours. It transpires that Hippodrome is part of another group and I had self excluded a while back. So basically my account was locked. The online chat unlocked my account but I still cannot get in. I cleared cache and history and still can’t. I asked for my money to be refunded and the won’t do that. The phone number on Facebook doesn’t exist. The emails do nothing as they say it’s not monitored.
BUT they let me open an account that I was self excluded from opening. They took my money for my deposit where they shouldn’t. Now I’m stuck.
I’ve raised it as a dispute with my bank
But don’t touch them with a bargepole. They are part of Betway. Don’t touch them either

Just now on Facebook they called me a liar!

Just so you know Hippodrome, you fraudulently took my deposit. I’ve reported it and my bank will recover my deposit

Now I’m being told I don’t have the email I’m writing from as being registered with them.

The umbrella company said but your account is unlocked!! No I can’t get in.

They claim a 4.5/5%, which I believe is false and self declared! I thought I would give this site a try, but immediately I was disappointed. Slot games load too slow, and Dragon Shard would not load at all. There is no online chat option. Decided I would not go any further on the site and withdrew my deposit which I am still waiting on. Will give 24 hours and see, if I dont have my deposit returned I am going to the Gambling Commission!

I played here recently as had an email about a 50 percent natch offer. I managed to complete wagering and had £400 off a £40 deposit. Read the reviews and panicked about getting money. I withdrew today and the funds are in my account same day. Not the fastest but was same day. I can only speak for me as seen many apparently where it's taken many days.

The site is not the easiest to navigate but easy enough to get around. Could do with a lot more slot provides there are good games here but need more.

DO NOT USE. It's a fraudulent site. They have not processed my withdrawal and you can't contact them. Only means is live chat where it cuts you off before you reach them. No email or other means to contact. Avoid if you ever want to see your money again.

Horrible experience. The app is a logistical nightmare. Took me 8 hours to get someone on the live chat support only to tell me that the bonus I had opted in for (in the app) had already been used. So why did it still show as being available and valid? First and last time I use their service... Aside from withdrawing my money and deleting my account that is.

I am a longstanding customer and find the online games are ok, but the promotions that are offered are very poor and rarely happen. However, when they do the target is high i.e. you have to wager £100 on a particular slot they choose to get 50 free spins! That's ok if you have that amount of money to spend, but for people like me who only have set amounts to spend to have a bit of fun and flutter, we lose out because of the high wagering targets for the promotions. It's very disappointing and maybe can be reviewed to offer the smaller audience the chance with accessing promotions on a realistic spending level.
Additionally I can see from other people's reviews that the casino has a lot of issues, but what concerns me more is that not one single representative from the organisation has had the courtesy even to respond to any of the concerns noted on these reviews. Personally, I think that says everything about the lack of professionalism with the company and shows the awful customer service!!

i joined online casino they let me deposit £100 i won £55 then got message my account was locked whatever ive done to try and contact them they have blocked me they wont get away with it im taking this further if you have any sense please dont use them

So basically it says deposit anything up to £100 and get £100 bonus. So I deposited £100 and got a £50 bonus. I complained on live chat and was told I never used this link how would I have the if I’d not used this? Anyway I had and they never honoured the bonus and basically said I was lying it was them who lied as one it says you can get £100 for £100 and also I had used this link. I’ve joined other sites and if they have a bonus they honour it. Please be very aware of joining they don’t honour bonuses so god knows what they’re like with payments and things. I will take my business elsewhere I hope you all take my advise and do they same.

WOW WOW WOW ! the worst 30 minutes ever, website crashed across multiple browsers,I have a very reliable home connection, absolutely shambolic withdrawal and deposits ever I just wanted my money off your scamm of a site. got to be the worst I have ever touched. The Helpdesk Email is no longer monitored, the live chat doesnt open across 3 browsers I tried, what a scammm siteee. Not happy
