Hire CFO レビュー

We were very pleased to find Hire CFO to help bridge a gap in our finance leadership. Lauren stepped in quickly, took the time to understand our business, and was willing to get into the details whenever needed. Her experience and hands-on approach were extremely valuable, helping us maintain continuity and keep the finance operation running smoothly during an important transition.

As a start up we realised pretty quickly that we needed help in our finance department, Searle and the his team stepped in really quickly and implemented financial discipline + set up monthly KPI's and management reports to monitor our business. Lovely team to work with, they really care about us and I can get Searle on the phone whenever I need him.

We were recommended to contact Hire CFO as we were looking to recruit a part time CFO. Searle and his team were on the ball and great to work with. We had some quality candidates offered for the roll and eventually settled on one of them. Great people , Great company, Highly recommend!

Quality Service from a Quality Finance Firm

Hire CFO set up our real estate reporting and produced business plans for fundraising. James was extremely knowledgeable and as an additional bonus we continually save 40% on employment costs. We honestly can't operate our business without them.

Working with the fractional CFO that Searle recommended has been a game changer for our business.

What I appreciate most is how Searle took the time to match us with someone who not only has sharp financial skills but also fits our company culture.

Thanks to Searle's recommendation, we now have crucial financial guidance exactly when we need it, without the overhead of a full time executive. If you're looking for someone who can connect you with the right financial expertise for your business, Searle delivers with a personal touch that makes all the difference.

We engaged Hire CFO to support us through our Series A raise. They did a good job working to tight deadlines and handling the process with professionalism, clarity and confidence throughout. We found their CFOs to be very personable, responsive and commercially sharp. I would confidently recommend Hire CFO to any founder or business.

Very pleased with our experience from Hire CFO. We couldn't afford a full-time finance senior, so it was fantastic being able to have someone with exceptional quality but only on a part-time basis. Searle really listen to our challenges and Peter who came in was exactly what we needed helping us navigate growth and get our systems in order.

Our company had a fantastic experience with HireCFO.com. Their service was excellent—prompt, professional, and highly effective. They quickly understood our needs and matched us with the right CFO. The CFO was very helpful answering all of our questions and needs and made themselves very available and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any company seeking top-notch financial leadership.

We used hire cfo to set up and administer our UK operation. Very responsive and gave great transfer pricing advice. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is that they don’t have an office in Australia. I found Searle and his team knowledgeable and professional across all aspects of our engagement. Highly recommend.

Searle and his team were absolutely brilliant! They were extremely helpful every step of the way and provided insightful strategies to assist my business. Their professionalism and commitment is unparalleled.

I found HireCFO's services to be a huge help to me. I was able to rely on Searle and his team for a range of services. He help me to set up insightful reports & paired me with a well qualified and experienced team who provided extra support during a busy time preparing for an audit.

Hire CFO was a seamless and efficient process to hire a financial director. I wasn’t bombarded with loads of inappropriate candidates which was my experience when I used recruitment consultants. These guys know what they are doing!
