Beware Hirestaff.ph flake rate is very high
I have had a real let down with the calibre of people advertising on this site . I did not expect high just reasonable standards . A couple of times now I went to hire a VA. I gave very clear instructions about the amount of hours per week and the pay which was very reasonable for Philippines prices it was average pay as per advertised on the website . They agreed to this and we went ahead . On the day the were meant to start work they no showed ignoring my four or five texts . I heard back a couple of days later telling me they are looking for four times the hours I offer making it full time . This was my first encounter . My second encounter was no better . I have a couple of staff who are very long term and I've had a force of twenty staff for many years. I've never experienced such disappointing flakey staff as on hire staff.ph
