High quality prescribed products and high quality service. Super easy to contact my doctor through my dashboard when I wanted to discuss a treatment change. If I ever have an issue (one order of 6) customer service fixes it with a smile.

Such a great facility, quick and easy and saves so much time! Product always arrives quickly with easy tracking. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

The 'contact us' tab on the website does not function. I then had to wait 2 days for a response to my email as they do not publish a phone number. The website said they accepted American Express so I put through my payment details and the next day, they told me to use Visa or MasterCard and by then, they had missed that day's mail. Useless!

Great product, easy and discreet to order. I had some issue with a lost parcel previously but they chased it up efficiently, we'll se how it goes this time.
