funciona genial, antes compraba Hispanitas a través de otra plataforma como Miravía. Ahora he descubierto el funcionamiento de hispanitas y la calidad, el servicio de devolución es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.

Envío rápido y correcto. Zapatos de calidad indiscutible. Me equivoqué en la talla y la gestión del cambio fue muy fácil y rápida. Un mensajero recogió mi envío en mi domicilio y el envío de la nueva talla, a un punto de entrega, tal y como yo había solicitado.

Bought a Hispanitas crossbody bag end of 2025, 2 months later I’m walking and the bag just falls down, one of the rings broken after just 2 months. I sent a mail to the store where I bought it, straps were not seperately sold (which I think should be given for free given it was broken already after 2 mths), sent mail to Hispanitas benelux, answer was that they were wholesales and could not help me..How much does it take for someone there to send on to someone in the cy who can help??? Then another mail to Hispanitas.com…they never bothered to reply…Never waste your hard earned money on this kind of nonsense..the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!

El proceso de compra fue bueno, el producto llegó en perfecto estado y a tiempo, lo tuve que devolver por qué me estaba grande, la devolución sin problema.

Los zapatos en general me encantan, se ajusten bien a mis pies ( juanetes) por ser muy cómodos y anchos.
Compro desde hace años y duran lo cual me gusta. El servicio online es genial también.

Se me rompió una parte de los zapatos una cinta que llevaba, dos en cada zapato. Solo se me rompió una la llevo a tienda me dicen sisi esto lo enviamos a fábrica y te lo arreglan. Una semana después voy a buscarlas y en vez de recoser la que faltaba, deciden que es mejor arreglo cortar las otras tres. En fin se las vuelven a quedar, 3 semanas más tarde las vuelvo a recoger y están iguales con las 4 cintas cortadas. Es que no entiendo cómo pueden hacer esto osea es de inútiles totales. Y los de la tienda que no se enteran de nada y los tienes que perseguir tú para que te digan si están ya los zapatos. En fin penoso no volveré a comprar nada más.

Recibí los zapatos en plazo, me quedaban un poco pequeños. Gestioné la devolución y entregué los zapatos en Correos. En pocos días tenía el dinero de vuelta. Me informaron, validaron y comunicaron cada paso que daba así que estuve tranquila.

La experiencia fue buenísima como acostumbra a serlo! No se puede pedir más inmediatez y atención espectacular! Muy satisfecha por las botas compradas superando siempre mis expectativas y la devolución de una talla por si acaso más igual ! Satisfacción y devoción por su Marca! No consumo más que Hispanitas!

I bought a pair of boots from Hispanitas.ro in Romania and returned them. After a month and many phone calls chasing the refund they returned me the money. They claimed that i had given them the wrong bank details which proved to be right. Disgusting! I do not recommend using Hispanitas in Romania.
