Hitched worked well for us

My future husband and I used Hitched to create an experience registry for our elopement and honeymoon in Italy. It was has been easy to use. Hitched allowed others to celebrate us and send kind messages and the donations allowed us to do more fun things on our trip.

I love how customizable it all is! We were able to use it for honeymoon experiences as well as some bigger furniture pieces and even houseplants. It gives us so much control and flexibility, and no risk if an individual item isn't fully funded. It also means we don't have glitches and duplicate gifts like some of my friends do with other sites.

The customer service was fantastic when I had a question. Very happy with my experience on hitchd!

I love Hitchd because it allows out guests to pay in the currency of their choice. This is so important because we have guests from all over the world.

Super easy to use and intuitive! Even those that aren't super technically savvy figured it out and told us that they loved the system.

Perfect registry option for non-traditional weddings, a nice way to include your guests in your experience instead of just asking for cash.

My fiancée and I have lived together for over 5 years so didn’t need physical things and didn’t want to just ask for cash so hitchd was a great option for us as we wanted to do a honeymoon fund. Even better was the fact that after setting it up initially, we changed out honeymoon plans and it was super easy to edit our hitchd site to reflect the change! Guests loved contributing to honeymoon experiences that they identified with (eg. whisky tours, tourist destinations, nhl game).

I would recommend if you use hitchd though to make it very clear that it’s your preferred method/registry to ensure it’s worth your time and money in set up.

Very simple & intuitive to construct a registry! It saved us so much time to set up in under an hour. The ability to simply send a small, custom link and share with our guests makes it very convenient for us and them. We love the modern, non-traditional registry idea and options. Easy to create a themed page based on your ideal honeymoon (tropical beach, European cities, etc.). Guests found it easy to select and contribute to various options (hotels, meals, airfare, charity). We especially loved the donate to charity component!

This whole experience was amazing. My husband and I eloped two years ago (so we have everything we need) and we’re now getting married in the presence of family and friends and it has been truly a godsend to be able to have a registry with the visuals, the gift options that you provide, the link to the accounts that you provide. If there was a way to link those experiences to actual activities in our area that would be even more awesome. Additionally, love the messages you pre-write and that you provide different tones. It would be a better experience for the user to have a chat GPT add on that could mold your message more to your liking. For example: “I want to say this, but in a more captivating way” or “that’s great, make it funnier” and have the bot draft the messages for you. Additionally, some of my guests found it confusing that they needed to scroll down (especially when using a mobile) to get to the gifts. Seems silly, but happened a couple of times. Ah, one more thing: I actually signed up to about 3 other sites that have a similar concept before I got to you. I googled but Hitchd didn’t seem to have enough presence or instill enough confidence in me as a user off the bat. I opted for what I now know are less known sites (wish for you, the knot, wedding wire) to try and implement what you guys offer. Meaning: Work on the advertising portion of your service ;) The transaction is seamless and it bring me a lot of peace that it’s encrypted.

Very straight forward and whenever I needed assistance they were quick to respond and helped me with what I needed.

Really nice and well designed platform for making your wedding registry shine!

My husband and I were looking for an elegant way to communicate to our wedding guests that we really did not want any material wedding gifts, only some small contributions towards a mountain cottage we are building. We really didn’t want to have to directly communicate our bank account to every guest, etc. Hitched solves all these issues for us and made it incredibly practical and elegant for our guests to contribute in a secure way. Highly recommend:)

Using Hitchd was a very easy and smooth process. We really like the customization and testing options on the site (like being able to test payments to preview what it looks like for our guests).

The user interface is really aesthetically pleasing and we really love the photo options for our gifts. Also, the personalization features for our homepage look great. We were hesitant to pay for this registry but it was worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend.

My family is giving rave reviews about the Hitchd process. Gift giving was made so simple and easy for family members near and far, and especially for those who couldn't make the ceremony. Let me just say, the bride and groom are super excited about the ease of receiving contributions to their honeymoon fund. 100% impressed with how Hitchd made this process convenient for the contributors & recipients!

Hitchd is so easy to set up, it made our wedding gift list a breeze! We particularly liked that you can choose to pay the transaction fees on behalf of the people gifting, and that they can contribute by credit card - it makes it it so easy for wedding guests who live abroad. Highly recommended!
