Hive Pharmacy レビュー 

This organisation specialises in hard to obtain medications and I understand has a contract with NHS England to source them. I take such a medication, which I have now sourced from Hive on two occasions.
There is an incredibly convoluted bureaucratic process involving your GP posting a paper prescription with a specific form of words on it. This is not outlined on the website and indeed the website has a different specific form of words (and doesn't say it has to be a paper prescription). I complained about this the first time and they said they would address it, which they didn't.
I have generally found their staff rude and unhelpful, and that's when they're responsive at all. On the second occasion they initially rejected the prescription (despite it complying with the requirements on their website) and my Dr had to send another - they then blanked me for two weeks causing me to run out of medication at significant risk to my life and health. Their response to my complaint was rude and dismissive.
I will not be using them again and have had to switch to a different medication. Some of their pharmacists really should be struck off, but sadly the NHS and GPC complaints processes are also entirely ineffective.
If you really need a hard to source medication, this place may be your least worst option. But they are unreliable, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with, so avoid them if you possibly can.

There have been major supply issues with a medication that I take and Hive is the only pharmacy that I can find who can supply it. This has been a lifesaver! They sort my prescriptions by post and there have not been any problems to date.

I was delighted to find out that the Hive Pharmacy could issue my prescription. It was a comprehensive service with each requirement explained fully. I received my medication within four days of sending off my prescription. Excellent.

Impossible to contact - After having a sucessful weekly subscription with Hive for a Freestyle Libre for my daughter - each month I received my package - on time - I tried for 2 months to cancel the subscription - because my daughter became eligible to receive the Libre on the NHS - I sent 3 emails which were never answered and the listed phone line is constantly engaged - sadly I had to contact my bank to cancel the subscription - such a shame that Hive are impossible to contact because the subscription really helped me with the cost of the Libre and I received my order each month, on time and well packaged.

Would never purchase anything again from this company. Gaviscon heartburn tablets ordered & paid for on Ist. April, 2023. Cost £27.90 inc. delivery & vat. Still no delivery 6 weeks on. They have not acknowledged or replied to two e'mails and have failed to answer the telephone on 9 occasions. The money was taken on the day of the order and confirmation & receipt for payment was received also on 1st. April. 2023. I have raised a dispute through Visa.

Incredibly helpful from the first message I sent. Orders arrive very quickly and communication is brilliant.

The only person in this pharmacy that is helpful or polite is Sharon. She’s always cheerful when she delivers our prescriptions. As for the rest of the team, I’m on the fence. Words including rude, argumentative and downright ignorant don’t cut it. They never answer the telephone and prescriptions are generally short of items with no explanation.

Ordered with 1 business day delivery. After no order after 3days chased and said they had "no stock" after hanging on to the money anyway. Not a legitimate e-commerce experience if stock not linked to inventory #basic

Placed order on 9th April and delivery came on 12th April BUT only half the quantity ordered. Sent email advising Hive of shortfall; no response. Submitted complaint to Hive website on 19th April; still no response. This company does not deliver what it promises and does not respond to customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered merset choice aftershave, never arrived, only ordered from hive because it said next day tracked delivery, tried phoning and email, no answer, awful lying company, trying to get my money back via bank

Ordered December 9th 2022 and had no confirmation or dispatched email. Had to go back to the credit card company after a few weeks of trying to contact Hive directly and try to claim my money back. Had an email on 12/4/23 to confirm dispatch date. Definitely not a reputable service. Please avoid.

This company has failed to deliver the item I ordered which cost £50.00. I have contacted them about it on numerous occasions and have received no reply, no item and certainly no refund.

Ordered from them over a week ago and no order turned up. Order was 24hr tracked. I have contacted many times and heard nothing back

I ordered perfume on the 12th of April and had it delivered today the 13th of April amazing service and a had a free 15ml of perfume and a small sample bottle will highly recommend this company

Communication is useless. Send emails and have never had a response. Have to chase by telephone each time I am due medicine but then has always arrived next day but this causes unnecessary stress.

Absolutely hideous company !! Made an order at the start of February for ‘next day delivery’, followed by endless phones where a guy who was the most pretentious, patronising person I’ve ever spoken to assured it would be delivered with in a week!? We are now two months down the line and absolutely nothing. I’ve reported this fraudulent company to my bank who are dealing with the matter. So so sad that people out there are so happy to just take take take.

Great service so far. Good communication via WhatsApp and phone. No delays with processing my prescription and sending the medication.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered £100 worth of fragrance nearly 2 weeks ago and have had nothing. Supposed to be 24 hour tracked delivery yet it hasn't moved. Customer service is none existent. Numerous emails sent without a response. Going to call my bank and get the cash I paid back. Do not order from here as you will not get your goods or even a response when trying to find out what is going on.
