All resolved, the owner of the business personally called. They had software issues and covid cases that caused warehouse issues. A tough time of year for everyone. Thank you Kay.

My order was short delivered, once I reported it I received an email back to say that a mistake had been made and the balance of the order would be sent out, that was the 9th Dec.

Love the perfume and aftershave selection from this site. Purchased 3 today and will be back soon to treat myself as I couldn’t decide. Purchased from here before and the service is first class.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery but goods delayed due to courier. Hive resolved the situation & arranged for redelivery the next day .

The service that she has established to provide sodium cromoglicate to sufferers of histamine intolerance and mast cell disorders is superb. Not only has she been able to provide essential drug to my wife (via a legal import system endorsed by the NHS) during an ongoing global shortage, but she hand delivered it to ensure my wife had her medication before she ran out. After reading the great reviews for this company I ordered perfume 01 December and they took the money. I’ve had no other emails to say it’s been sent out only the confirmation of the order. I’ve emailed twice and sent three messages on what’s app (which have been read) and still no reply. Getting worried as they are presents and just want to be reassured I’m going to receive them.

The next day I was contacted by Kay who told me of the software problems they had been experiencing. Kay kept in touch and resolved the matter asap. I received my order 3days later. Thanks for all your help and I will use them again. Thanks Kay. Merry Christmas to you and all your family

This is an excellent company to purchase masks from. They are selling high quality products at very reasonable prices. And then their customer service is outstanding. I had just missed their 10% off offer when I placed my order. But a quick phone call with one of the owners resulted in a refund of the price difference to me immediately.It’s a small family company that treats its customers like personal friends, if not relatives! Thank you Hive Pharmacy. I will always purchase my masks from you.

Supportive and helpful customer service plus good advice. Full marks for helping to ensure I had my FFP3 masks before I travelled. I am very satisfied.

Paid for 2 boxes of 30 capsules vitamin D , was sent only one set , contacted them via Hive WhatsApp messenger, promised to send but still waiting after more than a month.

Site boasts that orders usually take 1-2 days to receive. I have waited 2 days and tracker states item still not handed to Royal Mail.

When things go wrong the sign of great customer service is the response. Hive contacted me this evening to explain why things went wrong. Ten out of ten, Hive. You have restored my belief in real customer service. Well done.

Absolutely brilliant speedy service.Have been told for months that Cimetidine was no longer available but as it’s the ONLY med (and I’ve tried them all) that prevents my burnt sore throat from severe reflux when lying down, I have been suffering. So started this morning to question this and have found this pharmacy online with it in stock!! They can source various meds that high street pharmacies will tell you are no longer in production! Asked GP to send NHS prescription to Hive to dispense it and after registering with this pharmacy all was arranged before 5pm! Wonderfully quick service and free delivery, can’t rate them highly enough and at last I will once again have effective treatment for my nighttime reflux

Brilliant pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy that have managed to source some difficult to find medicine. I’m extremely grateful they can source it. The GP sent my prescription electronically and the medicine was posted to me within a couple of days, amazing service. They always respond to messages and are very helpful.

I’ve used this company to buy masks and other items during the current pandemic. I find the delivery and service excellent.

This company does show they care about every single customer. Despite a small delay with the order outside of their control, they went above and beyond trying to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Not many companies would provide such service! All the 5* reviews clearly show this.

Brilliant service. We have ordered from Hive before. This time I ordered FPP3 masks first thing in the morning and they were shipped the same day by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery service. Arrival scheduled for the following morning. The service emails are just the right frequency and have useful information. Thank you!

Excellent service. Vandana, the online services manager, found a way to give me a £15 refund when it was discovered that I had neglected to order the goods in the most economical way.
