Very poor service
My item was dispatched via Evri - it has not been received. Have been in contact with H & Jodie’s customer service but they have not resolved or refunded and have not responded to my last email.

I ordered two chocolates online
I ordered two chocolates online. The Dubai ones. Spent £44 only for them not to arrive. I’ve raised this with evri as well as H &Jodies but nothing as of yet.
No refund no new order being sent to me nothing. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I had to leave this review

I did not like the Dubia chocolate! My husband and son LOVED it tho lol. Amazing service and would use again 100%.

Not as shown.
The sweets arrived promptly however they did not resemble the sweet advertised at all. They looked cheap and full of artificial colours. These were due to be a gift which I now can't give. However, H&Jodies were deeply apologetic and hadn't realised the supplier had switched product. They dealt with the issue quickly and satisfactorily. Despite this hiccup I would use them again.

Quick delivery. However, sweets not what I was expecting way different from the pictures. Also, some of them aren't nice tasting at all. Had sent an email to ask how to return before opening, but no reply. Wouldn't purchase again, I'm afraid.

The goods that turned up are not what I ordered. The picture of what o ordered bears no resemblance to what arrived. And I have emailed twice and had no response so my experience so far has sadly not been a good one!
