The depth and breadth of support and the value proposition of the subscription is pretty amazing. You don't know what you don't know until someone shows and tells you - then you get it. (and Curtis WAS amazing :)

HL Pro Tools has been an absolute game-changer for my SaaS agency. Their 24/7 support has really helped to give me peace of mind, knowing both my team and clients are taken care of even if I'm not available to answer their questions or help them in their account. Their team is reliable, responsive, and genuinely committed to my SaaS agency's success—true lifesavers!

Really impressed with how easy the tools are to use and how much time they save. The support team is quick to respond and always helpful. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making things simple and effective.

The day-to-day support is ok. The "We will build your funnels for you" for $$$$ is BAD. None of it worked. Same experience with two other colleagues (which is why I feel obligated to leave a review for consumer protection).

They can handle the support for $100/month, but don't let them build out anything for you. The fact that they haven't replied to any negative reviews says everything. I doubt they will see this and or care.

I've been using HL Pro Tools since 2022 and continue to rely on them in 2025. They’ve completely taken the stress of client support off my plate, which has helped me retain clients for years. Their team is reliable, responsive, and truly understands the CRM. The snapshots they provided made it easy to get launched quickly, and the extra resources they offer have been incredibly valuable for scaling my business. Highly recommend.

Hlpt is the best support you could ask for if you’re using ghl for your business or agency. I love how they have so many coaching calls and assets for people to succeed. If you actually use the resources they provide you’ll have no excuse to not succeed.

We use HL Pro Tools for whitelabel support for our agency. Now we spend our time focusing on high impact projects instead of having to directly support our customers. We couldn't imagine a world without HL Pro Tools at this point!

HL Pro Tools review , tjis was the worst expeerience ive ever had with a company that seems so reputable, no accountibilty, no leadership , no one taking initiative to make it rihgt , not at all . ive been in many businesses , and dealt with many vendors this was by far the worst experience ever , stay away , far away no matter what your tols the 6 month guarantee , fake, all of it is fake . there not a cusotm developer among them , to offer custom development . they do have some well respected ppl in the community on theroi payroll and in their pockets thats for sure, try to make an honest review abouyt them thats not positive and see how long it stay up for
