I been with HMHW for about 1.5 years now. Gotta say it’s a damn reason. For $20 ducks dude shows u how to find the houses and their mortgages, how to wholesale without lowballing, calls the agent for u, gives u the email to send, gives u HIS, proof of funds to use AND still gives u 60% of the dang in deal he closed for u. Man Rich is a talker but dude should be in for a in 2 years seriously. His pivot game is on point. They even give a calculator to figure out “cash on cash”, They have their on software too but get it for free. He will record his covis and emails and literally tell u go word for word AND it actually F’n. He will also tell u to post ur deals on other platforms and keep all the profit. I swear my guy understands marketing like a G. Gives u everything for only $20 and then say, go post on FB and IG too or I’ll call (when he has time though it’s not every single time do get it twisted, there are like 300 people in every discord which is 5 days a week with him for 3 hrs) he goes live and will close live at least 2 quickies a day. Yeah man no GLAZE hmhw is 🔥 All I gotta say is when u come be a damn adult and understand u gotta put in the work. Make a call or just send emails like the Kats in Egypt .

I joined this community around a month ago.
In that time, I have learned a lot.
Both the staff and the members are all very helpful and I can bring deals to them and ask questions for what may seem forever and I can easily get all of my questions answered.
They are all an amazing resource, as well as all of the resources that are displayed in the community.
In just a month, I have become fairly fluent with the language in this industry and I can even talk with realtors with little issue now as well.
There are even options for JV, such as say you find some buyers in an area you can JV with people in this community and make money alongside your buyers instead of alongside sellers (or of course, do both).
I highly recommend this place and I'm even working on trying to convince some friends of mine to get into this community.

Well, I want to say a few things. To start off, the community is great. I literally got 2 DM's on my first day of joining the discord in which people offered me help. The course provided is very detailed. There's videos, and then a short quiz to see if you understood everything. Not just that, but buyboxcartel it comes with is also fantastic. You don't have to source buyers yourself, you can just upload the deal and they'll find it for you. Overall, this entire program is worth well over $5,000+.

5 STARS. Been in HMHW for a while now and it’s easily paid for itself. The biggest thing for me is being able to drop a deal in Discord and get feedback almost immediately. Rich, Chris, and the dispo team actually look through your numbers instead of just saying “looks good.”

I’ve used their contract help a few times, gotten buyers through the community, and the daily deal reviews have saved me from locking up bad deals more than once. If you’re serious about wholesaling and actually take action, it’s a no-brainer.

Hold my hand wholesale is a great way to get your foot into the door of wholesaling and start your real estate journey. There is a lot of valuable information in the courses and there are great tools and documents provided in the community. The livestreams are nice but can get a bit repetitive and it can be a while to get a specific question answered. And group leaders are often only accessible through paid private meetings. However, for $20/month, this is excellent value for a beginner wholesaler.

I’ve been in the discord and it has been very helpful from the courses to learn the different methods of structuring deals. The calculator to make sure your deal sense. The way Richard values the students time is honorable he is very engaging and the live streams are just great. I would recommend if you truly want to work towards real estate investing especially since it’s only $20.

Richard and his team are the real deal! They teach you different ways to go real estate and literally hold your hand through out the whole process. Highly recommend learning from them.

This Journey Started about 4 years ago when Richard first started. I joined the Lives on Tiktok at first then joined the Discord. I got into the group and took off from there. For literally almost the same price as Netflix OR Disney plus a month (19.99) I’ve learned from start to finish on closing on a property that I got for 2k down which was in payments with the seller. The whole community that is within the Discord is there for 24 hour questions and help and connections in other states. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you. I literally made 480 a month on ROI off that property.

It's not guaranteed money, but if you put in effort, you will get deals. Richard is very helpful with answering questions/teaching the different methods on livestreams. He helps my brother and me on many deals, and he explains the process in a very straightforward way. If it were not for my brother getting me involved with HMHW, I wouldn't have been able to do things I've wanted/travel.

So from the very first time I saw Richard and how he did stuff I was extremely intrigued and I have wanted to be a part of real estate most of my life. Since I was a little kid and I used to watch Carlton sheets zero money down program and I thought yeah one day I'll grow up and I'll do that and I think that ended up being a scam,but when I started seeing him do it the way he does it it just start to make so much sense so I signed up for the program and a month or two it went by and I forgot all about it and I didnt pull the trigger and i have a lot of health issues. So I'm done procrastinating and like the old saying goes, is it going to be one day or day one well tomorrow's my day one and after I start I'll probably kick myself in the butt realizing that I took too long to start this but at least I will have started. Again its extremely intriguing and makes you think like if someone else can do it I surely can do it what makes them better than me. well it's just ambition, it's taking the chance, it's having structure and it putting your best self forward, so tomorrow I take the step in achieving one of my childhood dreams.
Just remember everybody is self-made but only the successful like to admit it, and I'm tired of not being successful...

This is a good program and great community
Other people are charging thousands of dollars for programs that are not half the value of this.
