I recently built a HMO and the fire risk assessment is inaccurate. They do not do their homework for the specific requirements of the borough!

Fire safety report was done incorrectly despite paying over £300. Avoid

I approached HMO Services with a small portfolio of properties after receiving new licencing requirements. This really took me by surprise and got me quite concerned. After speaking to HMO Service this soon changed. They explained all the requirements to me and the solution they can provide to cover them.
They arranged directly with my tenants in regards to access for surveys and works required. I am relived they are there to keep me compliant.

STAY CLEAR of this company during the lockdown Paul Conway ripped me off £250
He just kept pestering me to pass over £250 to get the ball rolling for my HMO as I really wanted to do everything legally buy getting a HMO license. He took my £250 and did nothing at all.
Please save your money and shop elsewhere. There are other cheaper places than him and companies that can process your HMO Licience without being ripped off. All he wants is your money !! STAY CLEAR SAVE YOUR MONEY

I had a complicated situation and wouldn't have been able to apply for an HMO licence without professional guidance. Hmoserviceslondon were very helpful and knowledgeable and did everything I needed. HMO services London did some work for me regarding some HMO issues I was experiencing with my flat.It was a chore for me having to go trough the ins and outs. HMO services London assisted me trough the options rules and regulations in order to do what was right for me.

Stay away from HMO SERVICES LONDON PAUL CONWAY stole my money during lockdown - kept calling to make the payment I never received any services - I am taking him to court in the matter of time, so he will receive documentation via post - STAY AWAY SHOP ELSEWHERE
So unprofessional - I will continue to let people know about this scamming thief !!

I had initially posted underrated feedback but I can say HMO Services London is reliable and they definitely helped me through my HMO licensing application process. The application is still in progress and whenever required they do pitch in and provide me input. I will be using them soon for another HMO property.
