Top Tier Lads
Lads arrived on time, and prepared to batten the walls for insulation boards and plastering. They move all the heavy furniture, they work fast and they have an attention to detail. My bedrooms are so well finished. I'm so chuffed. Boiling in the summer time and freezing in the winter, that insulation is going to keep me toasty warm this year and I'm so grateful. Another aspect is the noise reduction that insulation brings. Aye it might be inconvenient moving your clothes etc around, but if you get the chance TAKE this opportunity. These guys are top tier. Many thanks again.

NO COMMUNICATION SINCE SURVEY 3 WEEKS AGO
H&R carried out an energy survey three weeks ago. Despite phoning and emailing multiple times they do not respond. We have heard absolutely nothing since the surveyor completed his survey exactly 3 weeks ago today. Very disappointing and frustrating.
KIRSTY HAS NOW CONTACTED ME AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION SO WE ARE NOW UNDERSTANDING AND THANKFUL FOR KIRSTYS ASSISTANCE

I DID A REVIEW ON MONDAY BUT I HAD ONE…
I DID A REVIEW ON MONDAY BUT I HAD ONE OF THE WORK MEN BESIDE ME AS HE ASKED ME TO DO THIS BEDORE HE LEFT . PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY I HAVE LEFT AN HONEST RWVIEW ON THERE PAGE AND PICTURES .
UPDATE . As said in an email the work was discussed to myslef and my mum , you lied !! Would I honestly agreed to internal work , who can afford to redecorate rooms , you have left my house in a really bad mess , will enclose pictures , you phoned my daughter yesterday saying I would get compensation , but yet again I had to agree to get the work finished or the company would not get paid !! You have left is with fans that are not even wired up I don’t want anyone from your company back in my house , I even had a workman say on Tuesday he had to finish the work , I was intimidated , yesterday my parents were here whist the work was carried out ,and not to satisfaction , as I said via email , we are taking this further and yes I hope my reviews are read and pictures seen as your company is a disgrace

Dear Geraldine,
Thank you for taking the time to leave another review. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the experience.
We would like to clarify that all works were fully explained during the initial technical survey, including the insulation process and fan locations. Your agreement was based on this visit, and we ensured appointments were arranged properly and communicated clearly. Any follow-up contact was only to confirm scheduled works and support you through the process.
We also note that you’ve left multiple negative reviews for other businesses on both Google and Trustpilot. While everyone has the right to share their experience, we do feel it's important to point out this pattern, as we strive to offer fair and honest service to all our customers.
Nonetheless, we remain happy to help and resolve any concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us directly on 0141 739 3923, and our team will be glad to assist further.
Kind regards,
HnR Energy Solutions
