Brenda from the Escalation Team helped me solve my issue. The account was created by mistake and was charged twice. I unsubscribe but was still changed after I unsubscribe to the site. I reached out to the company via email and explained what happen and I was told that I could not get a refund, I would have to use the credits on the website. But the escalation team reached out and resolved the issue by apologize and agreed to a fully refunded.

I got an amazingly fast response back to deal with an issue and have had no issues explaining my problem and getting it delt with as promptly as possible. So I thought I was ordering shoes to only look at my invoice and it stated a invoice for a membership. I dont even know who you guys are and I don't know what you guys really sell for me to be participating in a monthly membership. I read the reviews and no one stated anything about a membership only complaints was that the shoes took longer to arrive than expected. I paid for express delivery only now to find out they will give me a refund because I dont want a membership.
