Hobbysew レビュー

The item was what I ordered and it arrived in excellent condition and in a very timely manner.

Easy website to find purchases and having Australia Post deliver is the best

Apart for a little delay in despatching the machine, I am well pleased with the experience. The machine arrived 2 days earlier than expected. No damage to the box at all. I have worked my way through the instructions and have sewn out a few sample stitches and I am pleasantly pleased with the quality. For reference I purchased a Singer Elite CE677 as my current Pfaff is “on its way out” and I mainly use a straight stitch machine and overlocker. Need to do buttonholes which I hate on the Pfaff machine. The Singer made a great buttonhole so I am happy. Thank you Hobby Sew.

Happy with the colour choices, nice feeling fabric

Hobbysew did fine in their product selection and shipping. However, the Rit product dye I purchased was marked camel and has dyed my clothing cocoa or chocolate brown. It looks really bad now. I followed all the instructions except instead of leaving the fabric in the bucket for ‘up to 30 minutes or until the required colour (up to 60 minutes), I removed it after 1 minute when I saw it was making the fabric way too dark… I believe this may be a batch issue with Rit. When I contacted Rit they tried to gaslight me about the packet instructions and blame me for the problem.

The delivery was so quick, cheap and no damage to packaging. Love my new sewing machine. Can definitely recommend this company and sewing machine. Sews beautifully.

Delivery was very quick. Much appreciated.

I received my order & very happy on the updates surrounding it

the package came on time

I only received half my order. The order took 10 days to arrive. The other two similar orders from other companies arrived in 2-3 days.
Edit - the company admitted fault and have sent replacements.

I just missed my parcel while I was home.I called to explain my situation and they couldn’t help me about it.

Easy, efficient, great buying experience. I knew what I wanted, this store had it at a good price. Online buying was easy, shipping was very fast. Item was as described. Highly recommend

Thank you for a great product with prompt delivery.

Fast delivery, good packaging with a fragile sticker on the box. Really good price compared to other stores.

My kids got me a gift voucher for my birthday in May. I've tried numerous times to use it but keep getting told it is invalid. I've rung 3 times to find out what the problem is, and was told IT would look into it and get back to me. The last time I rang I was told they would have to get back to my son as he ordered it. The response was, the voucher is good and all the funds still there, I must be entering the number incorrectly. Not very helpful. Not sure what else I can do to resolve this. It is worth $200!!!

Hobbysew offered a good bonus which encouraged me to place a refundable deposit on a new sewing machine. The receipt of the order was speedily confirmed and a member of staff contacted me to explain further details.
