Compact Learner Sewing Machine ST030
Received yesterday and very impressive. I didn't want to spend a motza on a machine that I would use infrequently and I am at an age where I can have difficulty lifting the full size machine. This little machine is an absolute bottler I put it through its paces today and it did everything I need the these stitch length is preset to three different lengths which will cover everything you need you've got three different Zig stags are from memory and buttonhole of course the one thing I didn't like is when you fill the bobbin the needle goes up and down it doesn't disengage but apart from that and the lights a little bit weak but that's fine I use a mecklamp for crafting so makes no difference to me it is an absolute little ripper and I'm so pleased I bought it and it runs on battery too

The sales lady was helpful and funny, even when she couldn't find my machine (it was randomly placed under a table on the showroom floor). She helped me out to my car,

I received my order sooner than expected so that was great, I think the postage was higher than I have paid for equivalent from other organisations.

Great service - the online purchase and delivery went smoothly.
However, the amount of styrofoam packaging the machine, and plastic wrapping of the box, was appalling.

Went to Penrith store before going online and they said item was sold out
Called online help And was quickly helped out, ordered online and delivered promptly.

I haven’t received the product yet. 9 days since the order was placed but no product and no idea when it will arrive. I’m still hopeful.

My Diamond Dotz was sent within a couple of days from ordering. The hold up wasn't good. But that was the problem from Australia Post. It was a birthday present but at least it arrived before the birthday.
