Hodsons of Penkridge レビュー

We went into Hodsons, we saw Mike Newton who was very informative on the Ford Pumas we were looking to purchase. While my husband was having a test drive with Mike. I asked alot of questions of the other sales personnel, who willingly answered every query I had. We bought a lovely poppy red Puma very happy.

The service was very efficient helpful and informative as this was the first time i had changed my vehicle in 19years i was a bit out touch your salesman charles minors was brilliant can't fault him

Great aftersales, no hassle, no quibble unlike other garages.

Mick Newton the salesman was exceptional very helpful and professional answered all our questions. We got a good deal part exchanging our car and we are very happy with the car we purchased car was valeted and even had some petrol in bonus. This is the third car we have had from Hodsons would definately recommend

A fantastic sales experience and test drive, I couldn't be happier with my first car! Massive thank you to Mike Newton for making the process incredibly stress-free and simple. I test drove the car and knew it was the one, and having brought from Hodson's before with my Mum's car we knew that we could trust the quality. The car was MOT'd, serviced, etc before I picked it up and filling out the paperwork was thorough and explained clearly. It's been a month and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Hodson's for quality cars and gold-star customer service.

Recently purchased a used car from Hodsons which we are very pleased with

Great response and action from Reece of the Maintenance Department
My car was due to have all Tyres replaced on the 20th June by Hodson's.
Due to a bad puncture on 4th June I needed the tyre replacement as soon as possible as I was going away on the 9th for a short time. I contacted Reece at Hodson's and he re-arranged the complete tyre change and alignment for the 5th June. Great service from a reliable company.

We would just like to say Thank you very much to Roy and the team at Hodsons.
My daughter bought a Fiesta ST line and she is thrilled with it.
Roy was extremely helpful from start to finish. He even picked us up from the train station to collect the car. Would 100% recommend Hodsons to purchase a car. They were amazing! Thank you again to Roy and the team.

Just purchased a Ford Mondeo hybrid from Hodsons. Great service and help from Mike Roy and the team. I have purchased two vehicles within a couple of months. Both are great cars. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to you all. Alan Dawson.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hodsons and their friendly team. Special thanks to Mike who guided me through the process to getting a more up to date car, you listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and found me the perfect car. Very happy with it.

My wife and I are both retired and we have two FORD GALAXIES both bought new from HODSONS. We have service contracts for both vehicles. This not only spreads the cost of services but gives us a worthwhile discount and AA assistance as a bonus.
In addition when we had a couple of recent minor issues (faulty tyre pressure sensor and a piece of brick grit stuck in the front wheel causing a terrible racket) these were dealt with promptly as a service priority.
Thanks again HODSONS
As ever we cannot praise HODSONS service enough with the emphasis on the word good old fashioned "service" !

Great service at sale they went up and beyond to help to pick the right car for me and my family.Thank you to Roy tallam great service and lovely to chat to and made everything smooth process.

I count my blessings for being a HODSON FORD customer. At 83 years’ old I am probably more anxious about warning signs which mysteriously appear on the dashboard than any younger person. On reporting my concerns to Russell Harpin, he made immediate arrangements for me to attend the Maintenance Department. Result! The problem was resolved and I was home within the hour with peace of mind and no charge. Fabulous service. Thank you.

Great service as usual
Kept informed on my vehicle
Picked up as agreed on time and delivered back on time job done car washed
Happy customer

I cannot speak more highly of the customer service offered. My vehicle is collected, and after its service or MOT is returned to me perfectly, valeted, sparkling clean and
promptly. Russ and his team are helpful, informative and respectful. I cannot fault this service. Spot on, great value for money.

Prompt repair and collection and delivery of my vehicle

Great support from the team supporting getting our aircon back up and running again leak free.
Car was picked up and dropped off after being leak tested and regassed. Car was returned freshly washed too.
Really impressed considering the price.
Great customer service.

We used Hodson Ford for our old Kuga that unfortunately was written off. From our first meeting with Mike in Sales we felt comfortable straight away. My husband especially hates looking at cars.
We looked at a few Kugas and went back a few days later after arranging with Mike to test drive. Mike made everything so easy and no pressure. Went through everything in detail and with care.
We talked to Russ to arrange the Service plan as before. Picked the car up a few days later. So pleased with everything . Thanks Mike your a star and being a Wolves fan helped😄.

Charlie was a great help sorting my car. He helped with all the paperwork and also with the ford pass stuff. Great team at Hodsons in Penkridge !
