Hodsons found a buyer for my property with the help of Anita Smith at good price with excellent communication throughout the viewing and offer acceptance process.

My buyer was a naive first time buyer who chose a terrible solicitor (Premier Property Lawyers) who presented multiple challenges throughout the convencying process such as absent communication, missed deadlines and bad paperwork.

However, Hodsons with Lesley Fenwick and Kerry Nichols provided excellent support and communication to chase the buyer and their solicitor throughout the convencying process to push through the sale.

We sold our old house and bought a new one through Hodsons. We had a very positive experience with them, their professionality and communication was first rate!
We would have no hesitation in recommending them, and they would be our number one choice in any property matters. Throughout the process we dealt with many of their staff, and they were all brilliant!

Super customer service
Sold the property very quickly and with no hassle, the communication was very good and Hodson's kept us well informed of developments.

He has never pushed me as a buyer or seller into additional services, or behaved unethically or outside my best interests, I’m sure his team are equally great.

I ordered online chicken breast and chips they rang back and told me they had no breasts would i have chicken leg instead i said ok but when trying to eat the chicken i soon found it was inedible, to tough to overcooked to nasty to eat.
