Placed an online order. There were issues with the courier that were clearly outside the brewery's control, but I cannot fault their customer service in getting the issues resolved and the order delivered

Ordered 3 item 2 weeks ago received 2 of them 3 days later . 1 item short
Spoke with the shop on the Thursday about it the said they would send the missing item out immediately on next day didn’t arrive on the Friday Saturday Monday ,spoke with shop who apologised and said would send it today on a Over night. had no DHL confirmation on the Wednesday so spoke with shop who apologised … said he was going to send the consignment out on a next day hasn’t arrived
Yet again now not answering my calls Saturday afternoon
What a shower dishonest behaviour if your can’t be bothered to do the job don’t wast people time just don’t bother
Going to Fullers brewery tour instead

I enjoyed Hog's Back alcohol-free IPA 'Little Swine' at a wedding recently so went online to buy a case. When it was delivered, however, the courier messed up. Clearly they had dropped the order at some point, broken a bottle and just put the 23 remaining bottles loose in a cardboard box to rattle around in a heap! I contacted customer service and they immediately replied, apologised for the courier's actions, and sent out a replacement case within 24hrs. So, not only is the beer great, but their customer service is too - would highly recommend!
